Stayed at the Conrad overnight for a flight. Hotel service was exceptional across the board, from check in to housekeeping to my eventual shuttle to the IFC to take the AirPort Express. Staff were considerate and friendly. The only downside was that breakfast was quite busy, but I went down at 9 am, which was a peak time.

I had an exceptional stay at the Conrad Hotel Hong Kong. The hotel offers luxurious, spacious rooms with stunning city views and top-notch comfort. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a seamless experience. Dining options were excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. We booked for 5 nights stay with Conrad, upon check-in we received conrad Teddy with rose petals on the bed and the bedroom is overseeing Hong Kong Peak view . The view is magnificent .
- room size is decent for HK but slightly small comparing to Conrad LA & Conrad Tokyo.
- room is a little old fashion and outdated and there's "MOULDY" smell in the room, we are not very enjoying the smell despite the view
-Make up room has separate bath-tub, shower, toilet and 2 basin which are good for couple
-they have a lobby bar good for light snack and se live music in the late evening
- breakfast spread is TERRIBLE WITH LIMITED OPTIONS & QUALITY IS LOW for CONRAD . We went for 2 days same breakfast menu and we didn't go for the rest I'd the day
-location of the hotel is good, you press level 3 and it brings u to Pacific place good for shopping and meals.

Good location. Connected to shopping mall. Also got MRT station right below. First stop for MRT to Shenzhen. Hong Kong Park right next to it.

The hotel needs some update, but location is pretty good. It has a pathway that you can go directly to the mall next door, with all high end shops. The service is also average. We paid US$100 for early check in (6 hours early), and as they do not have any scale in the bathroom (usually hotels supply a scale in the bathroom), we are asked to bring our luggage down to the lobby to weigh.

Very good burger. Much better than any other chain restaurant burger. Service was fast and prices are ok. For ~90HKD you get a burger meal. You can upgrade your drink to a milkshake and fries to different kinds of fries, which is nice ?

Burger place inside of the Great Food Hall, supermarket.
The fries were crisp and tasty. The burger was tasty, but disappointing. The beef patty was thin and small, to make up for this they add a pile of lettuce leaves. Looking at the burger, one would think is was a vegetarian burger as the small beef patty was well camouflaged by the abundant lettuce.

Getting more and more disappointment in recent visits. Taste is still okay over the years. Ordered my favourite fish burger and I found the fillet getting thinner and thinner, same thing happened to beef patty. The burger is less juicy overall. Milkshake is bad this time and it is watery. Definitely will go less if there is no improvement shown.

I used to come here all the time. Good food at reasonable pricing. But ever since the old staff resigned the new staff are very rude and service is nonexistent.
