The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in. The location was excellent, and my stay was very comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommend!

Booked this for a trade show. It's about a 13-minute walk to the subway station, which saved me the hassle of taking a taxi. There are two malls within a 10-15 minute walk, and food delivery was quick. Overall, it was decent.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation (close to the subway/commercial area). The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it was great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Heyi Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Park Songhong Road Metro Station Branch) is simply amazing! The facilities are very new after the 2019 renovation, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The location is superb, not far from Songhong Road Metro Station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. They also offer thoughtful services like free parking, a laundry room, and luggage storage, which made my stay very comfortable. The price is also very reasonable, and they even had summer discounts, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shanghai.

Having stayed for several days, I can say the room was very comfortable and the service was attentive and thoughtful. They offer a buffet breakfast and have a convenient laundry room. The bathroom was consistently clean, and disposable amenities were always replenished promptly upon request.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers self-service laundry machines, and they even provide complimentary throat-soothing tea at the front desk. The location is excellent. I'll definitely be back next time!

The nice hotel! The location is convinient to HQ airport and metro station. There are many restaurants in SOHO place near by. The guests were a bit noisy and knocked the door badly.
