Clean and decent rooms with good food choices in their resto. Located within the City proper of Shanghai.

Nice boutique type hotel. The staff is very accommodating and courteous. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning has a good variety of East and West foods, but go early if you want a seat.

The room was clean and quiet, so I had a really good rest. The housekeeping staff was very warm and patient. The hotel is in the city center, right next to a subway station, making transportation very convenient.

The hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is decent. The towels and bedding are quite new, and the room is clean with no strange smells. The service was excellent; they were very warm and patient, even actively helping me solve the problem of not having my laptop charger. Definitely a positive review!

I have to give a good review, all thanks to the front desk lady's smile and the young manager's excellent service. It's an older hotel, probably due to its great location, as there were many people checking in. The young manager was super observant and proactive, helping me right away and saving me a lot of waiting time. Even though it's an older place, the room was clean, hygienic, and had no strange smells. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Arriving late, I was pleasantly surprised! The front desk lady was incredibly nice and upgraded us to a suite for free. The room had a cartoon theme that my kids absolutely loved. The hotel's location is excellent, and it's lively at night, making it super convenient to grab food and drinks around with the little ones.

The room's hygiene was really concerning. The elevators were packed, and the water pressure from the faucet was unbelievably low. The soundproofing was terrible, and the windows weren't sealed properly, letting in so much wind that it felt like it was blowing right through the door, making it incredibly noisy. We booked two rooms, and in one, the toilet was leaking. When we switched to another room, there was still trash on the sofa. Honestly, the experience was unbelievably bad.

The location is good, and everything else is just okay. The only real plus is the room upgrade option.

So close to the subway, which was super convenient! The price was great, and the front desk lady was incredibly nice and even gave us a free room upgrade. Loved it! We even played landlord with my friends, and of course, I was the big winner! 😉
