The room was extremely dirty, and I seriously suspect there are major hygiene issues. After staying one night, I developed red rashes on the inside of my thighs, making me believe the bedsheets weren't properly cleaned. What's more, when I reported this to the front desk staff upon check-out, they didn't offer any apology or acknowledgment, only saying they'd 'pay attention' in the future. Their attitude was terrible. I advise everyone to avoid this place.

The hotel entrance is convenient and it's close to the subway station. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. There's also a flower and bird market nearby, which is great for a weekend outing with kids. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

I find your hotel's policy of only issuing breakfast vouchers daily for a four-day stay with breakfast incredibly odd. It's inconvenient for the front desk to hand them out every day, and equally bothersome for guests to collect them daily. On top of that, the front desk staff shirked their duties by failing to provide crucial information and, when issues arose, they weren't proactive in resolving them. What's the point of endless apologies? Is your hotel's solution to mess up beforehand and then just say sorry? And even when we tried to discuss it before checking out, there was no acknowledgment that it was a service issue on your part, nor any active solution offered – nothing! Even with Ctrip customer service involved, you still had no plan and even wanted to check surveillance footage to see if guests were 'falsely accusing' your front desk of not informing them. What happened to that? You couldn't find any evidence of your front desk giving a reminder, could you! Absolutely terrible!

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the subway station, and there's a supermarket right next door, which is super handy. The front desk staff are also very welcoming. It's a great value-for-money hotel, and I'd definitely come back again.

The room size was just right, a perfect blend of compact and complete, with all the amenities you'd need, and the environment was spotless.
Housekeeping cleaned daily, and their service was incredibly responsive to any request. Plus, there's a delivery robot that brings food right up to your room.
The location is super close to the subway station, making it really convenient for getting around. All in all, it offers great value for money.

honestly speaking, the room is quite big and comfortable. however, the location is quite far from the city centre and attractions and the hotel’s amenities are quite limited and old. the washing machines and dryers were old and slow. one of the housekeeping auntie also chided us for asking for an additional bottle of water :( booked this for our last leg of our holidays but were quite surprised at how different the actual rooms are compared to the pictures. nonetheless, the receptionists were very friendly and made the stay much better :)

The staff is very nice. I needed help with the air conditioning as I couldn’t turn it off at midnight 😂 and I was assisted .We loved their gym too.

I was quite surprised by this hotel. I booked it last minute for a business trip, just looking for something nearby. Given the price, I expected it to be pretty average, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was a powerful Daikin unit. What really stood out was the shower – the water pressure was excellent, much better than many other hotels, making for a really comfortable shower experience. They also provided shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and even hand sanitizer. The location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere, and the subway station is also very close. For this price point, it's unbeatable. Excellent!
