The room was spotless and incredibly quiet. After their bath, my child was asleep almost instantly, even before I finished telling a story. My partner and I also got some great rest, which really recharged us for the next day's activities. Plus, the night view outside the hotel is beautiful; with the right weather and a gentle breeze, it's perfect for an after-dinner stroll with the family. We'll definitely book this place again next time.

The service was excellent. They helped me receive all my packages and even assisted with returning one. The location is also very good, within walking distance to the subway, or a Didi (ride-hailing service) is also convenient. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the bed was great.

This hotel is right by the Suzhou River, and the location is fantastic! It's incredibly quiet and peaceful at night, making for a super comfortable stay. The room isn't huge, but the decor is simple yet cozy, clean, and really atmospheric. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and had a great attitude. What's most convenient is that food deliveries are brought straight to your room by a robot, saving you time and hassle. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

This was my first stay at Atour, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is right next to Suzhou Creek, and the area is wonderfully quiet. The river-view room was very comfortable with a great view. The staff were all polite and enthusiastic. They even offer free congee at 9:30 PM, and the complimentary bottled water is Laoshan mineral water. I'll definitely consider Atour again for my next trip.

I really love the location of this hotel, it's perfect for both parents and kids. You can take a stroll along the Suzhou River, and for moms who love beauty, it's a great spot for photos. Plus, there's a whole street of cafes nearby, very 'Shanghai'! For the kids, the Natural History Museum is just a 10-minute walk away! Super convenient!

The room itself was very comfortable and fresh. All the amenities were neatly arranged, clean, and odor-free, showing great attention to hygiene. The soundproofing was excellent, with good sealing, keeping out outside noise. It was very quiet during my stay, allowing for a peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, polite and professional in their service. They responded promptly and patiently addressed all my requests. As soon as I entered Atour, I had a great impression. I immediately signed up for their gold membership, which is a really good deal. I love how clean and comfortable Atour is. The room was fresh, with no strange odors, and the air conditioning was very quiet. Even late at night, there wasn't any noise at all. Plus, with Atour's pillows, I slept wonderfully after a full day of activities. I also really appreciate the late-night porridge service; it's a great way for travelers and business people to recharge when they get back to the hotel.

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped and has good ventilation. The bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are even better than the ones I have at home! It's also super convenient for getting around, and it's easy to hail a taxi. The breakfast was delicious, especially the noodles and wontons, and the coffee was great too. Highly recommend!
