Disney shuttle service: Very good
Pudong Airport shuttle service: Very good, the driver was very patient.
Disneyland Shuttle Service: There are morning and evening shuttle buses, which is very convenient. As it was our first time to Disneyland, the attendant on the bus gave us a guided tour, which was great and helped us experience all the attractions.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Quiet, good location, convenient for getting around.
Service: The lady at the front desk was very kind and offered us a discount on breakfast.
Pudong Airport Shuttle Service: Not used.
Disney shuttle service: Although there's a shuttle service, a ten-minute drive to Disney somehow took over half an hour, and the whole time the attendant just rattled off注意事项 and tried to upsell us on things.
The room's cleanliness was also mediocre. The water felt smelly, the bathroom drain reeked, and the bedding was subpar. I woke up with a sore back and felt aches all over.
