20 mins away from Pudong International Airport. The hotel offers free shuttle but it's like 2-3hrs interval. It's easy to get Didi midday if your flight is around 1pm. Walking distance to F mart where you can get gifts. F mart has white rabbit candy as well 227g at 9.90rmb. There's KFC and Domino's in the same complex as F mart. Good hotel, good breakfast, location 10 minutes walk from the metro and shopping center. It's perfect for a couple of nights. Close to the airport and Disneyland. Unfortunately, poor soundproofing. The towel they gave me was torn. Also, in my room on the 4th floor, the ceiling leaked when the neighbors upstairs were taking a shower. So the hotel requires more careful maintenance.

So far, the hotel has lived up to my expectations for its value. It has free use of washing machine and dryer and has good selection of food in their breakfast buffet. Also just a short walk from Chuansha station.

Room size is quite big with shuttle bus service to Disneyland and airport. The wall is not really sound-proof. Still hear the walking and talking in the hallway. The staffs can speak a little of English but were very kind and helpful. Location is near to the convenience store (Family Mart). Metro station is around 700m walk distance.

The front desk staff were friendly and proactively upgraded my room. It's about 500 meters from the subway station, making it easily accessible. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby, which is very convenient.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I did use the shopping centre entre. Everywhere was clean and tidy, shop staff where friendly and it was easy to find everything.

Cons: I was given a larger room, but there was a fan right above it that made a rumbling noise now and then. I reported it to the front desk and they turned it off, but it started again the next day. The small window wasn't a big deal, but there was an outdoor air conditioning unit right below it. I heard water dripping onto it all last night and didn't sleep well at all. The staff were very helpful and polite. It was easy to arrange for a taxi to get around town. The breakfast on site was a wide range of American and Chinese favorites. The surrounding area is more industrial so you definitely need a taxi to see the city. The room was comfortable and clean.

It has separate small elevator to the flor . it is strange smell in the room ' but it looks new and fresh colored. The staff tried its the best. The keep our laggage for few hours, let us use the restroom. so no complains to the young staff.
