This hotel offers decent value for money. I booked a night for the weekend and it was quite affordable. The location is great, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel grounds are well-maintained and it's quiet – not noisy at all. My room was very clean, and the facilities were practical, like the disposable toilet seat covers and extra power outlets. The TV was quite large, and there weren't any unnecessary, flashy items, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were all easygoing and friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. It's conveniently located near Metro Line 9, which goes straight to the city center – highly recommended! The lobby is bright and upscale, definitely a thumbs-up!

I stayed here for two nights and found it to be great value for money overall. The location is pretty good, not too far from anything. The hotel environment is clean and spacious, and the public areas are well-maintained. My room had good natural light, and all the facilities were in good working order. I really liked the floor-to-ceiling window; it made the room feel open and not at all cramped. They even accommodated my request for a higher floor. The service was also very thoughtful and polite. They mentioned that a robot could deliver food, and there's a self-service laundry room and Wi-Fi password readily available – they really pay attention to the details.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is convenient, close to the subway station. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the hotel rooms are large and clean with floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel also offers a free gym and laundry room, which is very convenient. The breakfast restaurant is huge and offers a wide variety of food. Both the front desk and room service are very professional.

I got an upgrade to a really spacious room. I hadn't booked breakfast, but after a pleasant chat with the front desk staff, they kindly offered me a complimentary one – highly recommend! It's only 900 meters from the subway station. The area is lively but the hotel itself is quiet. Plus, there's a LaLaport mall nearby, which is super convenient for shopping. Definitely recommend this place!

For a five-star hotel, this price point offers great value for money.

The room is fully equipped with everything you need, including a bathtub and a bathrobe, perfect for a relaxing soak. I asked for disinfectant, and even though the staff had already finished their shift, they still delivered bath salts, which was a flexible and satisfactory solution.

There's also laundry detergent provided.

The desk work area is the most comfortable, with a desk lamp and a bright view overlooking the window – it's really pleasant. Plus, there's a small seating area for guests and a luggage rack for clothes.

The gym doesn't have a swimming pool, which is a bit of a shame.

The hotel's breakfast restaurant is spacious and impressive, and the window seats are incredibly comfortable. They even had roasted chicken wings in the morning, which was a delightful surprise and very satisfying.

However, the downside is that it's located next to a busy intersection, so you constantly hear cars passing by, and occasionally honking their horns. It can be a little noisy, but I feel it's still slightly better than other roadside hotels.

Extended my stay for my personal trip. The price is very competitive and I would say the available storage in the hotel room itself is ample compare to other hotels in the same area. Location wise it is not near to most of the attraction, but still accessible.
