The breakfast selection was quite generous, and the hotel environment was what you'd expect. Perhaps due to the season, there was a slight musty smell in the hallway on our floor. It's very close to both the company I was visiting for work and Disneyland. As an annual pass holder, I even managed to squeeze in a quick visit to Disneyland in the evening!

Check-in was super fast, no waiting in line. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really well. The soundproofing was good too; I wasn't disturbed by any noise at night. Overall, the experience was better than I expected.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. On the night we checked in, we had to switch rooms because the first one had chopsticks left behind by a previous guest. The new room was no better, as both beds had hairs (which appeared to be human hair based on their length) under the sheets. I have no idea how this hotel cleans or inspects its rooms. Frankly, the generally cold attitude of the front desk staff during check-in pales in comparison to the hygiene issues.

I chose this hotel specifically to see the Disney 10th-anniversary celebration. It's quite convenient to get to Disney, and you can even buy Disney tickets here. It's also a very international hotel; lots of foreign families with kids stay here. The xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) for breakfast are delicious, I'd even say incredibly delicious! Overall, it's a good stay.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel Kangqiao, near the Disneyland Resort. The location is absolutely perfect, especially with the free Disney shuttle – it made getting to and from the park incredibly easy and stress-free.
The breakfast was another highlight. It was amazing, with a huge variety that caters to all types of food preferences, from local dishes to western options.
However, the room was a disappointment. Unfortunately, it was not as clean as I would expect from a Marriott. I found hair in the bathtub and also on the floor right next to it. This really affected the overall impression of the stay.
In short: fantastic for Disney access and food, but housekeeping needs serious improvement.

Overall, it was excellent.
Disneyland shuttle service: The hotel offered complimentary double tickets to the Shanghai Oriental Geological Science Museum and the Volunteer Army Literature Museum. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options.

1. There was a bathtub, but no bath salts or bath bags were provided. When I asked to purchase some, I was told the entire hotel didn't have any.
2. The hotel has a delivery robot, but doesn't offer room service.
3. The in-room phone was broken, so I had to go down to the lobby for any issues.
4. The repair job on the sink counter was very noticeable and quite unsettling if you have trypophobia. Other than that, the hygiene was very satisfactory, and the breakfast was plentiful. The abundance of mirrors was great for makeup application. Overall, it was still a much better experience than staying at the 'Wan Zong' hotel.

The room was nice, but the arrangements were a bit unorganized when the hotel was fully booked. Hopefully, I can get an upgraded room next time. It felt really overcrowded this time, and I couldn't even extend my stay. Oh well, hopefully they'll improve this.

The rooms are a bit old and maintenance is average, but the service is excellent and cleanliness is acceptable. The Chinese restaurant offers good food, but the tableware and ambiance are quite poor. Breakfast is also decent.
