The colossal crystal chandelier under the high dome was absolutely stunning! The marble spiral staircase and the palatial decor felt straight out of a movie scene; every shot I took looked like it belonged in a magazine.
For dinner, we ate at the Jinchu Buffet Restaurant on the basement level. The decor here, much like the lobby, continued the French luxury theme. The crab legs and shellfish in the seafood bar were incredibly fresh. The macarons and tiramisu in the dessert section tasted authentic and were perfectly complemented by champagne.

For this business trip to Shanghai, I once again chose the Sofitel Hotel, and it was just as excellent as before with the same great service. Both the hotel rooms and public areas were incredibly clean and hygienic. As soon as I arrived at the entrance, someone immediately came to open the car door and help with my luggage. The hotel also arranged a shuttle service. This time, I stayed for several days and had some free time, so I also went to the club for a workout and a swim. The swimming pool was also very clean. A special shout-out to Molly at the front desk, who was also incredibly nice! 👍

The room was spacious and bright with no strange odors. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Breakfast was incredibly varied and abundant – they had everything! The entire hotel's decor was luxurious and chic, just like a European palace. I was so lucky to catch a discount during my stay here for three nights, and I kept recommending it to all my friends. I hope I can stay here again next time I visit Shanghai, though I do wish the price wouldn't go over four digits. Honestly, besides the location, everything about this hotel is worth a four-digit price, including the excellent and attentive service, which even includes airport pick-up and drop-off (limited to T2 domestic arrivals and departures). My only slight regret is that the restaurant prices were a bit high, even though the ambiance was top-notch. The food itself was just average, though.

2. The hotel service was exceptionally good. Upon hearing it was my partner's birthday, they specially decorated the room and even provided a complimentary cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.
3. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly, and kind.
4. The room was spacious and clean, and the dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious food.
5. The hotel itself is large, beautiful, and impressive, exuding a grand atmosphere.

Staying at the Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao was great, and I have to give a special shout-out to Krista from the service center! She was incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly throughout. She helped confirm my booking and even upgraded my room, which made my experience absolutely perfect. This kind of service truly wins over guests, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai!

The Sofitel Sanya Leeman is a fantastic blend of French elegance and convenient location. The rooms are clean and fully equipped. The seafood buffet and afternoon tea offer great value for money! The Executive Lounge, in particular, stood out with Jenny's warm and attentive service. Very satisfied! 👍

We booked our daughter's wedding reception here, and since it was late and busy, we decided to check in. The French-style lobby is truly grand, and the room is spacious and very French – exactly my preferred decor. The bed is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is huge with a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel lobby was grand and luxurious, and since it was Christmas, the holiday decorations were lovely. The room was spacious and on a high floor. It was very quiet, perfectly silent, without even the slightest hum from the air conditioning. The bed was soft and comfortable. All the facilities were comprehensive. There's a 24-hour restaurant; I ordered food at 1 AM and it was prepared quickly and delivered to the room. The breakfast selection was extensive and complete, with various jams to satisfy all culinary cravings.

Extremely close to Hongqiao Airport, perfect for leaving luggage at the hotel and heading straight to the city center for meetings. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options with a rich variety. I'll definitely stay here again!
