The transfer takes 15 - 20 minutes and the bus is every hour. So you might need more than one hour considering the waiting. It will be much faster using the maglev and be in a nice place.
There is nothing to do around. The claimed gym is a broken treadmill.
There is no dinner and no amenities around.
Good:
Great hotel that allows to early check in if they have a room available.
I was lucky to check in at 6am, have a free breakfast, have some decent sleep and checkout at 10pm.
They provide free shuttle from and to the airport which you need to arrange in advance.
Bad:
The communication wasn't easy one, considering I didn't have Chinese phone number and they do not use WeChat.
But somehow we managed to organise airport pick up.
I can highly recommended the daily buffet Great value and very tasty. My room with balcony afforded great views of the runway! I will definitely be back
