The hotel is very new and clean, and it's super close to Pudong Airport. We arrived late at night, and employee 10 was incredibly efficient in getting us checked in quickly, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast offers both Chinese options (porridge, small dishes, dim sum) and Western choices (bread, milk, cornflakes).

The staff are all very friendly and constantly ask guests if they need a shuttle service to the nearby airport or amusement park.

There's a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient.

This is perfect for families and big groups requiring a transit hotel --- family rooms are spacious with queen beds. The bathroom is clean. We didn't avail the 24H round-the-clock airport transfer, but that's a plus. The Disneyland shuttle made transfers a breeze. The breakfast offers a variety of Chinese food, juices and there's an espresso machine. The hotel was responsive to all queries.

The accommodation is clean and spacious, and there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Receptionist know how to speak english. Easy check in. Shuttle bus provided every hour. Clear explanation by the hotel. Recommended

I really enjoyed my stay. The airport shuttle was super convenient. When I checked out, I forgot my key card, and the cleaning lady kindly informed the front desk. The front desk attendant then helped me call a taxi, which I really appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy, promptly serviced, and well-equipped with excellent hot water. Breakfast was also good, with a clean and pleasant restaurant environment and great service. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and food deliveries are brought right to your door by a robot.

The bed is comfortable.

There are restaurants near the hotel, although we didn’t use them since we arrived late and left early.

The price is reasonable and not expensive.

The price includes breakfast, but since we had to leave very early, we didn’t get a chance to have it.

Great service. Location is 20 minutes to Disneyland. They also provide free shuttle to Disneyland but only twice a day which is too early for us. We decided to take a taxi. Apart from that, shuttle to airport is also complimentary which runs more frequently.

Clean room and spacious with a large window, provide free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Pudong Airport, breakfast provided taste OK.

The floor is not clean. In my room, we have a problem with the smell of smoking. The hotel did not provide time table for the shuttle bus at the airport. We waited for 2 hours because we dont know the bus schedule.
