China Eastern booked us there on a delay . Being that it was the 70 year communist anniversary there was no luggage storage available at the airport it was closed . The bus that tours to and from the hotel stole our luggage . Beware to anybody who stays

The room is super big, the overall facilities are new and clean, the living room window faces Changfeng Park, the lighting is very good, the front desk guy Zed is super nice, the service attitude is very good, the voice is very pleasant, the articulation is very clear, he explained all the matters to us in detail, and upgraded us to a suite for free, highly recommended!

Finally, I took the opportunity to go to Disney during my break. I chose this hotel again and again. The service is OK. I made an appointment for the Disney shuttle bus at 7 o'clock. I asked the front desk lady how long it would take to get to Disney. She said it was 18 minutes. Oh my god, the bus took more than 40 minutes to arrive. My friend also bought an early bird card. It was a waste of precious time. I was very angry. There were no cars on the road during the Qingming Festival. The driver deliberately drove so slowly. There was also someone on the bus who kept talking non-stop, guiding consumption and promoting their guided tours. I saw that the official exclusive card only cost a few hundred yuan for 8 items, but she wanted more than a thousand. It's really black heart! It especially affects my mood. I asked questions about the unscheduled guided tour and they ignored me! I chose this hotel again and again. They said it was close and the drive was short. Now it seems that there is no need to take the hotel shuttle!

The customer service lady was very good. She started to contact us the day before the trip and arranged a special car to pick us up at Pudong Airport. It was great. We also upgraded the family room after check-in and gave a small gift. The breakfast was also good. It was great.

The room was large and comfortable. Seeing that we were a family of three, we were upgraded to a family room for free. The hotel parking lot is really large and can be accessed at any time. It is highly praised. It is 6 kilometers away from Disneyland. There is a free shuttle bus, which is convenient and safe. The breakfast is also varied, delicious and convenient.
