The hotel does not match the photos and description on the booking platform. One of our rooms had no window, both rooms were old and worn out, and there was visible mold on the walls and rust in the bathroom. The overall standard was far below what we expected for the price. The 40m acces to the hotel is scary after dusk. The hotel refused to provide any refund for the unused nights, despite the fact that we checked out early due to the condition of the rooms and the significant discrepancies between the property and its advertised description.
Another concerning issue is that the hotel sent us photos of the actual entrance and directions only after the free cancellation deadline had passed. Had we seen the real appearance of the property earlier, we would have cancelled the booking.
I am attaching the photos provided by the hotel together with photos I took during my stay so that future guests can make an informed decision.
The hotel did not mention that guests must use this dark alley after 9 p.m., and there were no photos of it in the reviews.
There is no elevator in the building, which was fine for us. The staff were welcoming and kind, but because of the dark alley, I couldn’t stay there. We checked out the same night and moved to another hotel.

One qualm that we had was the ventilation in the room. The room reeked of cigarette smell. For those we are sensitive to cigarette smell may want to reconsider. Although it was stated as a “non-smoking room”, it still smell of cigarettes. Though the staff did try to help by offering sprays etc, but it still lingers. It may be because of the central ventilation when others secretly smoke in their rooms? Though the staff said it’s beyond their control, but I thought that they could increase their enforcement and punishment if found smoking so as to deter people from doing so and give a more conducive and comfortable environment for other guests who do not smoke or is sensitive to cigarettes smell to properly rest and decompress after a long day out. Hope that the hotel could work on this feedback pls. Thank you.
