I can’t recommend Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre enough, largely thanks to Cora, the Guest Service Manager. She went above and beyond to make our family’s stay special.
Knowing it was my husband’s birthday month, Cora surprised us with a beautiful plate of complimentary welcome fruits and a delicious birthday cake. She also helped us confirm a dinner reservation, taking the stress out of our...
Great stay! The rooms are spacious and clean, with expansive river views. The executive lounge offers high-quality food and quick service. The hotel is conveniently located with excellent facilities and professional service, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended.
Good location close to Nanjing pedestrian street with many great food places nearby. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds.
Daisy is the best receptionist ever! Helped with everything! The place is nice and clear, I love it.
The room was clean and large. However, the check-in process time took quite long. Most of the staff do not speak English --- only the check-in counters staff can.
Anyway, the location is superb!
Maria Hou is very helpful and friendly, the view from the room is fantastic. Everything was perfect!

Good hotel. Good service. Thanks to Ivy, Thena for helping me during my stay and Red who help me check in smoothly.
I highly recommend Conrad Shanghai for first-time visitors to the city. The neon lights nearby are incredibly cinematic, and besides the great location, the hotel staff are fantastic, especially Ivy, Evelyn, and Thena, who provided very attentive service.
Overall, pretty good! For those driving, make sure to go to the first counter at the front desk to register your license plate and get a parking voucher. The location is very convenient, and the staff, Freya, CICI, and IVY, are very responsible. Freya, in particular, made a great impression during check-in.
The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Daisy at the front desk upgraded our room, and Diana and Quan-G provided wonderful service. IVY and Evelyn were also very patient. The room was quiet and comfortable, offering good value for money, making our stay very relaxing. We would definitely consider staying at the Conrad again on our next visit to Shanghai.
What a unique stay! The staff were especially warm and patient, and the room was really nice. I loved the shampoo, and they even give out welcome gifts. I really love Conrad! Diana Lily Quain G provided excellent service.
Excellent location with stunning high-floor views. The room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive. Evelyn, Kylie, and Ivy provided attentive and friendly service. The dining quality was also top-notch. Overall, a superb stay perfect for both travel and vacation. Highly recommend!

They upgraded me to a modern king room when I checked in, so I'm giving it five stars. However, the hotel itself does have an issue: the building is quite old. But this modern king room was very new and clean. The standard room type I stayed in last time was older, so I'd recommend booking this room type if you're staying here. The location is excellent; it's not far from Nanjing Road, the Bund, or...
The hotel is in an amazing location close to everything, parks, tourist places, and metro.
The room is spacious, but old you feal like you went back on time, the bed is super comfortable, all amenities were supplied. The only drawback was the AC, the room was relatively hot and the AC was adjusted to cool the room but never worked it only vented. The electricity in the room wasn't working well in...
The hotel is right on Nanjing East Road, offering not only a great location and convenient transportation, but also a diverse selection of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel even has a pool and a gym. It was a good stay overall. 063
This hotel truly exceeded our family's expectations! It's so convenient and spotlessly clean, which is a big plus for someone with a bit of a潔癖 (germophobia) like me. As soon as I walked in, I felt so comfortable. My child loved it too; we honestly didn't want to leave. They even gave us a free room upgrade! All in all, everything was perfect. I've already recommended it to a friend who's visiting...
The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were convenient and quick, and they even helped us with a late check-out. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable.
I was really drawn in by the room photos on Ctrip when I booked, but the reality upon check-in was a huge letdown.
**Facilities:** The room type displayed on the platform was completely different from what I got. The decor was old and dated. According to the hotel staff, some room types have been renovated, while others are still twenty-year-old designs. However, all the room photos on Ctrip showed...

The room booked for my client this time was a great experience. The front desk service was professional and thoughtful, and their response time was very quick. The room was newly renovated, with new facilities and a clean, tidy environment. The overall comfort level was very high, and my client was very satisfied. We will definitely prioritize this hotel for future bookings.
I would like to give full marks to this hotel, this hotel is far more than value for money for me, thanks to Oliver manager and my contact and communication, let me have the most perfect stay in Shanghai, Oliver manager's excellent service attitude and concept, is a more outstanding highlight than location of the hotel, I will come again, look forward to meeting you again. Oliver, the manager
The location is unbeatable, the room is quiet, and the breakfast is also good. Oliver provided excellent service 👍
For a Radisson brand hotel with those prices, the room is VERY poorly appointed, even though I was assigned the cheapest room. Old carpets, a TV the size of a computer monitor, and an incredibly old and dirty curtain. The only good thing is its proximity to the Metro station, but I’d rather walk two blocks and stay at the Conrad, Holiday Inn, or Crowne Plaza for a similar price. I travel every year...
●good place●
-close to downtown, good park view
-good swimming pool, spa for men
-next to 신세계 department
-metro 1, 2, 10
-normal breakfast, not kind staff
The Radisson's location is super convenient for getting around. Jackie was so kind and helpful when she called me beforehand, she even arranged our room in advance so we didn't have to wait to check in. The room itself was clean and comfy, and they even prepared amenities specifically for our child, which made us feel so welcome. It was a really pleasant stay!

An older, established hotel, showing its age a bit, but well-maintained and quite clean. The location is excellent, right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Service is decent, and the breakfast spread is quite good.
Overall, my experience was super satisfying! The environment was quiet and not noisy, and the facilities were complete and brand new. The toiletries were of very good quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, and check-in and check-out were very fast. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay, highly recommended~
This hotel is like a time capsule from the 90s. The carpets, decor, colours, everything has been meticulously maintained over the years. It feels like a nostalgic trip back to a bygone era in Shanghai's biggest boom period.
Hotel staff are efficient and friendly. The beds/sheets were nice and the rooms very extremely clean. Within 2 minutes of walking you can step into the "old" Shanghai.
Great location , great service and good value for money, we are appreciated the little surprise the hotel provided including Bear toy, Wine. We will definitely come back again. Only 10 mins to the bun.
Stayed here for 6 nights. Basically, it was like being right in the middle of a happening town! Love that there's delicious halal food nearby, beside Apple store (Pinhuiwei Muslim Northwestern Chinese)! The Bund is nearby, Adidas flagstore is there, Starbucks everywhere. Love the vibe here! Overall was good. Good Location accessible to many places. hotel breakfast and lounge buffet was great. Staffs are helpful and room is very clean. Is a good place to stay at for leisure holiday.
The rooms and service are consistently good, as always. The courtyard in the patio is perfect for friends to gather and chat, offering a unique ambiance. Plus, the location is excellent; it's just a block or two from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and Nanjing East Road Metro Station, and also very close to the Bund. Do be aware that it's an older hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated.
We stayed for 4 nights during the May Day holiday in Shanghai. The hotel's downtown location is excellent; it's just a block away from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and very close to the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Grand Central Hotel. The standout feature for us was definitely the room size—it was incredibly spacious, making it very easy to request and fit an extra bed without feeling cramped at all.

The hotel's location is great, right on Nanjing Road, which was perfect for taking the kids out to play. I won't even mention the 60 yuan parking fee we had to pay ourselves, but the cleanliness truly doesn't meet the standards of a state-owned four-star hotel. Breakfast was just okay. The room was quite spacious, but after midnight, some foreigners were having a party in their room. It was a real headache.
The hotel has excellent facilities, and it's conveniently located near the city center with easy subway access. Mana at the front desk provided great service 😊
Traveling with a child for a visa appointment, the location was incredibly convenient, right off the bustling Huaihai Road. We stayed on a high floor, which was very quiet, and we had a great night's sleep. The facilities are a bit older, but they're well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven and microwave.
No A/C — very uncomfortable stay. My room was hot and stuffy, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I tried to cancel my second night because of this, but the hotel refused to accommodate the request, even though it seemed to be an issue affecting the whole building. Really disappointing experience.
Not bad at all! They allowed a late check-out without rushing me, which was very considerate and thoughtful. Check-in was super efficient! The 24-hour gym is really convenient, and it's located right in the heart of the Xintiandi business district.

The young hotel staff and dated facilities created a jarring contrast, yet the minimalist, front-desk-less design and artistic hallways felt harmonious. The location was excellent.
