I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and am happy with everything. Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 7 am, and the girls at the reception let us check in without any fuss. Room: the room is spacious, modern and clean. Amenities: 4 bottles of water and soft drinks are provided for free, and a daily fruit and snacks. Service: all of the staff are very friendly and willing to help on any issue we have. I am especially impressed with Ms Fu, who would answer my question almost immediately if I sent her a message. Food: Their breakfast buffet is delicious and has so many options. Their banquet lunch had so many dishes that 10 of us couldn’t finish even if we love each of them

Everything was great! Room was nice, staff were friendly, and food was wonderful! Special thanks to Ms Fu Miao who was outstandingly professional and kind! The cleaner lady was nice and friendly too, always greeted and smiled. And the boy, who was helping with parcel collection and delivery, was gentle and kind. Happy with everything. Thanks for looking after us in past week. We had a wonderful time in your hotel.

The hotel has a tea house and a gym. The rooms have voice assistants and mini bars. The facilities are complete and the front desk Anna is very friendly! The room type has been upgraded, the lobby is bright, and the room is clean and sanitary.

The room is clean and tidy. Betty at the front desk is warm, attentive and considerate. Check-out was delayed. There is a golf course on the sixth floor of the other lobby of the hotel, and a gym on the fifth floor. Overall, the experience is good.

This hotel is recommended by a friend. It is a high-end brand hotel. There are welcome drinks and fruits when you check in. The service attitude of Serena, who helped check in at the front desk, was good, thoughtful and enthusiastic. The breakfast tasted good and I was quite satisfied.

I have stayed at Chengdu Howard Johnson Grand Hyatt Hotel several times, and each time I stayed there, I had a good experience. The room was particularly spacious and bright, and the service at the front desk was very good. This time, the front desk assistant Xiao Zeng upgraded the room, made thoughtful and detailed arrangements, and the breakfast was always very rich.

The hotel is just beside the Third Ring Road and is relatively close to Shuangliu Airport. It is very convenient to get here. There is free parking. The hotel environment is good. The front desk staff provided very good service. We upgraded to a quieter garden view room for free. The room was clean and hygienic with complete facilities.
