Service: The service is very good, and they also offer customized breakfasts, which is very convenient. It's a restaurant in itself, so you can dine here.

Facilities: The surrounding facilities are okay, it's located within a scenic area. They also have a restaurant, but I didn't go, so I don't know the prices.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness is generally acceptable, but our room had a terrace, and I suspect the previous customer left the window open, so a lot of bugs got in. We were killing bugs, especially bedbugs, until 1 or 2 AM.

Environment: The environment is quite nice, nestled against the mountains and beside the water, and their courtyard is quite photogenic.

Service: The service was alright, pretty good. The cats are very cute.

The service was great, and if the facilities can be improved, I'll definitely come again.

I had dined at Ruye during the Spring Festival one year and passed by their guesthouse, finding it quite charming. I thought I'd stay there sometime, so this time, during a one-day business trip to Hangzhou, I checked into Ruye. The front desk upgraded me to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows for free; the view and natural light were fantastic, perfect for someone who loves sunbathing. It was just so hot this time of year, so I needed to cool off, and this room was very comfortable. The guesthouse was spotless, and the cleaning staff were very thorough. The only downside was the hot water wasn't hot enough; it will likely be colder as the weather gets cooler! Otherwise, I was very satisfied; the service was warm and attentive, and any problems were addressed promptly.

The room was clean and tidy. It's located on Hupao Road, which involves going up a big hill. It's very close to all the scenic spots around West Lake. The breakfast was just average, but there's a Starbucks right outside. I would consider coming back next time.

I roam freely in this beautiful early autumn accommodation. The best thing about it is falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of insects and birds in the mountains. The window offers a view of the Longjing tea plantation; the natural aroma of tea brings the best mood during a trip! I hope all the kind and lovely people, including cats and dogs, are happy every day!

Don't always crowd into the main West Lake scenic area when visiting Hangzhou! The "Hangzhou Ruye Homestay," nestled in the mountains around West Lake, is the perfect way to relax and unwind – you won't want to leave!

The amenities are particularly appealing: there's a bright, glass-enclosed restaurant nearby with delicious food. Dining there offers breathtaking mountain views, making even a simple meal feel special. After your meal, a short walk down the slope leads to the zoo – perfect for a relaxing stroll without having to go far.

Evenings are even more delightful. The mountains offer a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, with only the gentle breeze and chirping insects. The night view is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean and tidy, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. A hot breakfast is prepared promptly the next morning – thoughtful details throughout. If you're driving, it's very convenient. The guesthouse has free parking, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot and it wasn't a hassle at all. If you're looking for a place in Hangzhou where you can slow down and get close to nature, this guesthouse is a safe bet!

The guesthouse had a great environment, and we loved the room type. It's right by West Lake, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's just minutes from the Children's Park, so it was a great place to stay with the kids. We could even pet the cats, and there are many photo spots nearby – a dream come true for photography enthusiasts! The staff were incredibly welcoming, helping with our luggage and asking about our meal times – it was so sweet. The atmosphere in the courtyard was even better at night when the lights were on. My daughter didn't want to leave! Highly recommended!

Very cute, pleasant hotel. It was a little cold, and the water was slightly cold. Other than that, no complaints. The service was great, they were kind enough to give us a free upgrade, and the location is very good. They give you a free 100 RMB voucher at the resteraunt. Definitely stay here if you have the option.
