Me, my wife, and my infant son had a great 3 days 2 nights stay at this hotel. I’m really glad I made a last-minute decision to switch to this hotel during our stay in Hangzhou.
The location is superb — within walking distance to the shopping area and convenience stores, and just right in front of Xi Hu (West Lake). It’s also only about a 5-minute walk to the jetty.
The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Location ok but pricey and breakfast very bad...of want to stay there do not include the breakfast or you will regret it

The hotel is located behind the yellow board, not facing main road.
Staffs are friendly
Room are clean an nice. Auto curtain, large TV and a decent view of the West Lake.

We had some fish in a really good sugar and vinegar sauce, baby lotus seed pod, great mushrooms and the rest was tasty but hard to describe! They don't give napkins, you have to buy them!

The texture of fish ball like a piece of bread soaked into soup. However, the veggie is super, special one growth from west lake.

It's a rainy day and we sat in Starbucks talk and laugh. This place is big.

Even next to the West Lake Starbucks still have seats all the time. Music here is relaxing and the coffee tastes as usual.
