The hotel is clean and hygienic, breakfast is plentiful, the air conditioning is powerful, and the bed 🛌 is very comfortable. I'll definitely stay at Hanting again for my next business trip or vacation. It's not far from West Lake.

🌟 A truly satisfying stay! The location is fantastic, very close to the subway, and you can walk to Kerry Centre. It's super convenient for getting around and visiting attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very quiet. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and check-out, and they were gentle and patient. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. For a trip to Hangzhou, this place offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Soundproofing between room was good 👍
There's a Starbucks nearby with sockets to plug a laptop and work.
It was a bit humid in my room even with the A/C on, but not a big deal.

When I checked in, the TV and internet wouldn't connect. It took two calls for someone to come fix it, which took about 20 minutes. The router was hidden in a cabinet underneath, and when they finished, there was a lot of dust on the floor. I asked housekeeping to clean it, but they said they were off duty, so I had to clean it myself. This was my worst experience ever.

I chose Hanting Premium this time in Hangzhou, and what impressed me the most was the staff. The front desk spoke softly and gently, and promptly resolved any issues, even offering discounted solutions. The room was a bit small, and I saw ants and silverfish, so I suggest they enhance pest control. Getting to West Lake requires walking through an underpass, which can be a bit tiring.

The location is superb, right by the subway entrance, making it very convenient to walk to Wulin Night Market and West Lake. The only downside is that due to its prime location, the room space is a bit small. It's perfect if you're looking for a temporary place to stay while exploring the city and sightseeing, offering great value for money.
