Stayed here for 7 nights and can't be more pleased. Although the hotel doesn't look much from the outside, I believe it will check most boxes for travellers, even discerning ones. You will need card access to most floors, ensuring security, and there are 2 self service laundry rooms on 5th/8th floor., convenient for those who prefer laundered clothes to bring home.

Decor and fixtures may be a little dated but they function well. Towels are thick and all basic amenities are available including kits and robes and slippers. Remember to opt for non smoking rooms as they still allow smoking on certain floors. Our room had a poorer sound proofing so avoid those facing the junction. Those were the only 2 issues we faced which we had failed to rectify sooner.

Breakfast spread, IMHO, is amazingly diverse with fresh stations for noodles, eggs and juices. Maybe not as diverse for westerners/foreigners but for the adventurers, a splendid treat.

A shout out to front desk Alice, who was helpful and attentive to our requests, and kudos to the breakfast and housekeeping teams as well.

Located on Yan'an Road, this is an older 4-star hotel. The exterior looks a bit dated, but to my surprise, the room was very new. I assume they've renovated some of the rooms. The young lady at the front desk was very professional and efficient during check-in. At check-out, she even asked if we had parked, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel lobby also has a unique charm, with its handcrafted intangible cultural heritage displays and a tea bar, which I really appreciated. Definitely worth recommending.

Centrally located in Hangzhou, this hotel is very close to West Lake Scenic Area, West Lake Cultural Plaza, and Wulin Night Market. It's also conveniently located near Metro Line 1. The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, and the breakfast is excellent.

Facilities: I prefer staying at Ji Hotel when I travel, and this particular one has the decor of a traditional star-rated hotel, but it's much larger than most Ji Hotels. Of course, that might be because the price is also nearly double.

Environment: It's directly across from Intime Department Store (Wulin Main Branch), and there's a subway station not too far away. Getting to West Lake is very convenient, whether by subway or taxi. I really enjoyed the hotel's breakfast; I thought it was quite tasty.

Service: Excellent. I accidentally left my down jacket in the hotel wardrobe, and they promptly contacted me to say they could ship it back. Later, I picked it up myself, and their service attitude was great.

Got a free upgrade to a deluxe standard room, renovated in 2023, which was great. The hotel is surrounded by GUODA and Intime, offering high-end shopping. It's quite close to West Lake, perfect for a stroll. Also very near Zhejiang Museum of Natural History and the Science and Technology Museum, just across the Grand Canal.

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, it has been renovated, and the facilities are comfortable, suitable for both leisure and business travel. We were out all day and only came back to sleep at night, so it offered great value for money.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was much better than many guesthouses I've stayed in. The room attendant was very friendly.

Service: The lobby is on the 25th floor, and the gentleman at the front desk provided excellent service, including helping my daughter and me swipe our cards to get to the 29th floor. When we checked out, he even gave my daughter a small pony keychain, which was a very thoughtful and welcoming gesture.

Environment: The surrounding area is very convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. Next door is the Guoda City Plaza, which has many dining options. I even bought a blind box for my daughter there. Wulin Square Night Market is also worth a visit. You can walk to the 188 bus stop, take the bus to Yuefen Station to visit Yue Fei Temple, then take a boat from Yue Miao Pier to Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon, followed by another boat to Flower Harbor Viewing Fish Pier, and finally walk to Leifeng Pagoda. After visiting Leifeng Pagoda, you can take the West Lake Outer Line bus back to the hotel with one transfer. To get to Lingyin Temple, you can take a taxi directly to Huanglong Sports Center or Xixi No. 608, then take a shuttle bus to Lingyin Temple. It's all very convenient.

The hotel's breakfast was quite substantial, and the service was excellent. They even upgraded our room for free and provided a New Year's Day treat, which was a very nice touch! The hotel is also close to West Lake (about 2 km away) and offers great value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient with amenities nearby. The room was spacious and very clean. The lobby is on the 25th floor. Breakfast was good, also on the 25th floor, and the Chinese restaurant on the 26th floor was quite good as well.

This hotel in Hangzhou's city center is incredibly convenient for getting around. Hangzhou Tower, Wulin Square, and West Lake Scenic Area are all right nearby. It's an older four-star hotel, but the service is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. They gave me a very quiet room, just as I requested in my booking. Breakfast was decent too. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Excellent value city hotel! The front desk and breakfast area are both on the 25th floor. It's only a three to five-minute walk to the subway station, making it super convenient to get around.

**Facilities:** The stay experience was great. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The light button labels were very clear, and there was even a small bedside lamp – a big plus! Oh, and the breakfast spread was impressive, with both Chinese and Western options available. Wontons, noodles, and congee – they had it all!

**Service:** The staff provided warm and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, with no delays at all. They even have a food delivery robot, making it very convenient to order takeout!

I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
