I found this Hanting Hotel to be completely different from my previous impression. It's an upgraded version, and it's really great. I originally booked a Four Seasons Hotel, but I found this Hanting Hotel to be the best value.
I also washed two down jackets here. The washer and dryer were the same specifications as the Four Seasons Hotel. Huazhu Club is really awesome! It's so good!
One night, the sink wasn't draining (actually, I didn't operate it correctly), and the staff and repairman came right to my door.
Because my takeout delivery couldn't arrive, the front desk guy even brought it to me manually. Thank you so much! 🥹!!
The front desk lady was also very nice. I arrived late the night before, but she even gave me a late check-out. Thank you so much!
Service: The reception was OK, but not very enthusiastic. Maybe it was too busy to receive too many guests on weekends.
Facilities: The rooms are good, the standard of Hanting is quite good, the quality of paper towels is not very good, there will be a lot of paper scraps
Hygiene: Good, no complaints
