Facilities: Well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Convenient for getting around, surrounded by attractions, very close to West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda, and Song City. Plenty of food options too.
Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

An absolutely wonderful experience; you can feel the thoughtful touches everywhere in this B&B. The design and decor are beautiful, giving it a homey feel. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is perfect, and the front desk staff (the young woman and young man) were incredibly warm and helpful. Highly recommend!

This guesthouse offers an exceptional experience and is highly recommended. First off, the courtyard environment is lovely, and the service from the front desk staff was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. We happened to be there for Winter Solstice, and they thoughtfully provided dumplings. When we checked out, the owner even gifted us some Longjing tea. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.

An excellent experience, truly comfortable all around. Just a few steps from the main road, making it very convenient for getting around. It's nestled within the West Lake scenic area, with lush trees creating a natural oxygen bar. Every breath felt refreshing, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. The room layout was very open and spacious, with antique-style decor – perfect for families or friends traveling together. The courtyard was beautifully designed with greenery and a flowing water feature, offering a delightful spot to relax, have tea, chat, and soak up the sun with loved ones.

We stayed there during the peak season for osmanthus blossoms, and the air was filled with a subtle, sweet scent. The B&B itself was very cozy, and our room was clean. The owner was incredibly welcoming and gave us great tips on local attractions. There's a small restaurant right next door with delicious food, which was super convenient after a long day of sightseeing. It's also close to the zoo, making it perfect for families with kids.

A simple, homey guesthouse with super spacious rooms. The cleanliness was top-notch; no dust on the floors or tables, and the bathroom was dry and clean. The owner and staff were very welcoming, without being overly formal. They proactively shared information about nearby attractions and bus routes, which really helped us navigate our 'oxygen-breathing' trip to West Lake efficiently, saving us a lot of detours.

The B&B is in an excellent location, making it very convenient to visit Manjuelong to see the sweet osmanthus flowers and to stroll around West Lake. The room facilities are complete, clean, and tidy, and the bed is large, making it feel as comfortable as home. The service from the staff was thoughtful, and I was very satisfied and had a pleasant experience. When checking out, the owner even gave us a gift! 💝

Staying here again during osmanthus season. The environment and hygiene are as perfect as ever, and the service is absolutely outstanding! The handsome young men, the gentle young ladies, and the kind and chatty landlady are all incredibly accommodating. Haha! Looking forward to seeing them again next osmanthus season!

If you had luggage, they'd help you carry it to your room when checking in and assist with it when checking out. After a tiring day, receiving such service truly felt restorative. I visited during the full bloom of osmanthus flowers in Manjuelong, and they even gave me some tea as a parting gift, instantly curing my boredom.
