What truly made the stay memorable was the staff. Even with a language barrier, their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to recommend local breakfast spots and patiently guided us, which helped us experience Hangzhou beyond the usual tourist routes. Their kindness and effort made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable stay with an excellent location and heartfelt service that truly elevated our Hangzhou experience.
2. Only one power outlet in the entire room, so I could only charge one phone and couldn't do anything else.
3. Only two pillows, no throw pillows. They're clearly cutting corners.
4. The WiFi was unstable, constantly cutting out and disconnecting.
5. The delivery robot was silent, so I had to wait at the door for it to drop off my food. There was no notification, so deliveries were easily returned. They also didn't inform me when an order was returned, so I only found out when I realized I hadn't received my meal.
6. Stayed for three days, and something was missing from the daily cleaning each day. On the second day, no bath mat or water was provided, and on the third day, no slippers.
Not a grate place for a couple. Grate place for the price and localization, if you can bear the smell.
