This stay was fantastic! The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent, so the room was very quiet and I slept wonderfully. The hygiene was also impeccable, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The surroundings are great, and the hotel has excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet both inside and out. It's perfect for a good rest after a business trip. The hygiene is also top-notch; it's cleaned meticulously every day.

Arrived quite late, Trip.com called me beforehand to confirm my arrival. The front desk staff was very nice and upgraded me to an executive suite. This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel; a friend really insisted I try it. I've always heard their mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and experiencing it firsthand was truly amazing. It was the best night's sleep I've had recently, I couldn't even get out of bed this morning! I'm seriously considering buying their bedding now.

Whenever I'm in Hangzhou for a business trip, I usually stay at this hotel. The decor is quite artistic and stylish, and the hygiene is always good. The breakfast is abundant and reliable. Among the several hotels around Binjiang, I still find Atour to be the most comfortable overall. I hope the room rates can stay a bit more stable and maintain their value for money. Kangxi provided excellent and enthusiastic service.

Atour Hotels are generally on an upward trend. The staff are all vibrant and energetic, and the rooms and service are standardized, neat, and clean. This location in Hangzhou's eastern district is quite good, with excellent surrounding amenities, and it's convenient to get to West Lake by subway.

Very close to the subway station. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the service time was longer than typical hotels, from 7 AM to 11 AM. I especially loved the hotel's floral arrangements and the many books available for reading. It's also near the Qiantang River. I genuinely recommend this place.

I've stayed at Atour many times; it's always my first choice when visiting a city. This time I stayed in their S series, and it was also excellent. The service was great, and the room was very comfortable and clean. It wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I've always loved Atour, and my trip to Hangzhou was no exception. I chose the one closest to the Olympic Sports Center. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted with a thoughtful tea service, which instantly made me feel welcome. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay; the quality is truly top-notch. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and every bite was satisfying. They were also very prompt in refilling everything. The front desk handled check-in quickly, and their service was enthusiastic and meticulous. When checking out, a staff member proactively offered me water, and even the invoice processing was fast and accurate. The attention to detail was perfect. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Upon arrival, I was upgraded to an Executive King Room. The breakfast offered a good variety to satisfy different tastes, and the soy milk and tofu pudding were particularly delicious. Downstairs, there are bus stops, and the subway is not far, making transportation very convenient. There are also soup dumpling shops, bakeries, Starbucks, KFC, and a convenience store nearby, which is really handy. For a morning run, you can reach the Qiantang River in less than 2 kilometers, and the sunset views are absolutely stunning.
