If you are looking for a private accommodation (rooms) in Rovinj, then I definitely recommend Villa Eufemia.
The Villa is ideally located, only a 10 minute walk from beaches (both Punta Corrente and Cuvi Beach) and a 15 minute walk from the Old town center.
Great choice if you are coming by a car as they have a big parking area. In front of the villa is a terrace where they serve breakfast that you can have, for a small additional cost (60 kn per person per day). In case of bad weather they also have indoor tables.
The people who work there are the nicest. They lady who welcomed us gave us a map of Rovinj and a tourist guide. Given this was our first time in Rovinj, she gave us pointers on how to get to beach and the center and what is near by (the restaurant Maslina and the shop Konzum; however, I do not recommend either of those).
The Villa itself is decorated in a beautiful vintage style and every room features a nice balcony with a seprate toilet. Our room even had a small fridge which was very helpful at the times.
There were some down sides: the wi-fi connection in our room was terrible. The room has a very small amout of electric plugs so charging your phones can be a bit difficult. The bathroom's roof was so low that neither my girlfriend (who is 170 cm tall) nor I (who am taller) could get a proper shower. The room service was a bit clumsy: one day they did not even show up, the other day they arrived at 2 pm, just as we were taking a nap, and there was no do not disturb sign. Lastly, a tip: ask for a room that does not face the street as it is a very busy street with very loud traffic that you will definitely hear in your room the whole night. But nevertheless, none of those things were a big deal and we still got a very nice vacation here, so I definitely recommend this, moderately priced, place!
