The hotel room was small but nice. The location was fab but what stood out the most was the helpfulness of the young man who checked me in. Outstanding employee!

Friendly and helpful staff, got an upgrade. Lovely room but many stairs, if that is a problem book a room at a lower floor. Especially if you have much luggage. Parking is about 15 min away, EUR15/day. Right by the Promenade, beautiful view. Close to everything, great place to stay!

A group of us stayed in 2 of the apartments away from the hotel. Very clean & well furnished. Free wine in both rooms, beer in the fridge :-)

Anna at the check-in was so helpful- walked us to our room (in the Annex Building) and was very accommodating.

The pre-arranged p/up at the airport was very efficient, driver was excellent.

The hotel still use physical keys. They close the front door after 11 PM so they give 2 keys 1 for front door 1 for main room (hope they upgrade to digital soon). The stair makes noise when walking and you can hear from the room. Otherwise staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice hidden location and really quiet.

Great location and room. Recommended not getting the breakfast - not a lot of options and several great places right next to the hotel that are cheaper.

You cannot beat the location. Everything was walking distance. Room was large, clean and convenient. Staff was lovely.

This family-run hotel is located in the heart of the city, but it's not easy to find. The host will help you carry your suitcases upstairs, but there's no elevator. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very comfortable.

Perfect location to explore old town. No elevator but staff assisted with luggage. Check in/out was fast and friendly and room was clean and comfortable.
