For those driving, parking is available right downstairs at the hotel. The host is very nice, and the breakfast is excellent. There are stairs to the entrance, so it's a bit of a walk.

It's only a 20-minute walk from the hotel to major seaside attractions, such as Diocletian's Palace. Calling an Uber takes about ten minutes and costs around EUR 10. Choose your preferred method.

The only downside is the weak Wi-Fi; you'll need to use your own data.

It's a simple hotel, doesn't really feel like a hotel, but it meets expectations well. The entrance seems confusing at first, as it's located next to the restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel suggests it's on the upper floor. There's one small problem: carrying your luggage up the stairs. We didn't ask for help, but I'm sure they would have provided it if needed. The reception was warm, and the hotel staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room we had was spacious, airy, and comfortable for three people. It had a bathroom and a powder room, which was excellent. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, no complaints about the room. The hotel has a small, free parking lot, which is a huge bonus for those traveling by car. Getting to the central area can be done on foot in about 20 or 30 minutes. However, there's a bus right outside the hotel, and Uber works very well in Split. We always opted for Uber for convenience. We generally paid less than 5 euros per trip. Breakfast is served in the restaurant. Nothing exceptional, but it was just the essentials. The lady who served us always replenished our orders. In fact, she was very friendly, and even though she didn't speak English, we managed to communicate. The restaurant, which served Croatian food, was a relief when we arrived at night from our tours, one less thing to worry about. Near the hotel, there are plenty of shops, markets, cafes, bars, and restaurants. It's an area with hospitals and a medical school, and it's always bustling. Another convenience is that the SIXT rental agency is very close to the hotel. The hotel is approved. Very good value for money.

Nice, clean friendly people

We stayed in the hotel for three nights. It’s a small hotel with a family feel. The rooms were spacious, bright and new. Two bathrooms was a plus. Staff was super nice and the breakfast was very good. We had dinner at the restaurant two times. The food was cooked with love and the local dishes were excellent.

Very beautiful hotel with very clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. The host there, Vladimir, is the nicest person you will see, he is very helpful, hospitable, and generous. Will definitely come again.
