Location is near Old Town and Diocletians Palace.
Rooms are large and bathrooms are great. Beds are comfortable. Staff are lovely.
Only down side was a horrible smell of sewerage coming into the bathoom. We had to change rooms due to it, then in the next room, leave the exhaust fan on constantly. Staff say it happens when wind is blowing.

Great location right in the heart of the old town , the room are very spacious and quiet , hotel is on the top floor and at first a little hard to find since there are no sign
Definitely a good value for the price you paid

Inconvenient and hard to find the property. Parking was off site and hard to get too.

DO NOT BOOK!!! This isn’t a hotel stay, it’s a construction zone. The mall side is under heavy renovation and the only way in is a back entrance shared with the work site. You pass dumpsters, parked cars, and graffiti just to reach the door. Outside lighting is basically just streetlights, and inside the motion sensors don’t kick on until you’re at the elevator, so you’re walking dark hallways. It feels unsafe and neglected.

Credit where it’s due, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very basic, just the essentials and old furniture, basically a place to crash. I had a bed, but I didn’t feel safe.

Big rooms were nice, friendly staff. The worst entrence ever thrue a dirty alley and backdoor. A two star hotel.

This hotel is right next to a club that closes at 5 AM. If you love feeling the bass through the walls and enjoy a lively atmosphere, this place is perfect for you.   Now, about the location. The hotel is in a shopping mall right in front of a bus station. It's not exactly the most picturesque spot. If you prefer hotels with a charming aesthetic, you might want to skip this one.   Our bathroom had a funky odor… let's just say the person who remodeled it thought wood laminate would be a great idea for the shower. Yes, you read that right. No tile, just warped and moldy laminate.   Overall, I'm not here to bash this hotel. For its price and proximity to the clubs, it's decent. I just didn't pay enough attention to the details and ended up booking it. Learn from my mistake!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It wasn’t the cheapest option in the city, that’s why it was such a disappointing experience. The personal was not helpful at all. In our original room the air conditioning was broken and it leaked all over the floor when in use. They apparently knew about it for some time but still gave us this room. The audacity to suggest that it would be our fault because we are using the ac too cold was just a joke. Turn the ac closer to the outside temperature, they suggested. Yes that’s that an ac is for I guess. Not… ridiculous.

After complaining several times we got a new room for the second night which was fine regarding the ac.

Nonetheless both rooms have one more huge problem: below the hotel there is a club which is audible and disturbing in the night. A good night sleep was hardly possible with the bass and the music blasting.

+ Despite everything, the hotel is located in a central area, which makes it easy to visit the city.
- Room with blackout curtains that just don't work. At 6 am there was already a light that didn't let anyone sleep anymore. The hotel is located in a somewhat dilapidated building where there is a nightclub. Well, it was all night listening to the beat of music and around 4 am people went to the street to talk. A night to forget. I do not recommend this hotel. Coud be better. Unfriendly staff and it seems they are doing us a favor.
