Great stay!

Great place! Two of us stayed here in August. The location is very close to the old town, just cross the bridge. There are many bakeries, bars, a shop, and a drugstore nearby, so everything you need is nearby. The room and bathroom are in excellent condition. The air conditioning works very well, which was very useful in the heat. All check-in issues were handled via WhatsApp with the lovely owner, Toni. I definitely recommend it.

Comfortable and renovated room, in an inconspicuous building. Suitable for a short visit to Zadar. Well located, 5 minutes walk from the center, and with public parking at 0.50 euros per hour and free at night.

We prebooked and paid through *********** for 3 nights, we booked a king room with a balcony. The entrance way to the rooms, is not very attractive, however please dont put you off booking. You gain access to the rooms by key code at the first door, then up to the 1st floor is the 4 apartments, you get keys for the rooms from a lock box, the code will be sent by the owner. The room was excellent, decorated to a very high standard, crisp white bedding, and a very comfortable bed, with a choice of pillows. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge are in the room. The rain shower was excellent, lovely white fluffy towels and toiletries and a hairdryer. We used the balcony a lot, two chairs and a little table, and lovely views across to the city walls. Air con was a bonus. We met Damir the owner, who was extremely helpful, friendly and communication with him by txt was very rapid response. We would definitely recommend these rooms...

Nice, clean, great service. Great location, 100 m from the bridge to the old town. Disadvantage - no kitchen, even a tiny one. Other than that, ok. Very ok.

Perfect location: practically 30 meters from the pedestrian bridge that connects the historic center to the rest of the city. Two small markets are also available in the immediate vicinity for primary needs.
Nice and new interior furnishings. Refrigerator and air conditioning available. Comfortable bed and large shower.
On the outside, however, the structure is not signposted and the apartment of which the rooms are part is inside a rather ugly condominium.
It should also be noted that the parking is not private but is on the street (generally available as it is in a small street at the back of the building).
Definitely valid especially for the very central location!

Very nice room in a strategic position a few steps from the bridge that leads to the historic center. Excellent cleanliness, small set for coffee and herbal teas, fridge and large shower. The towels are very soft. Excellent welcome from Damir. Highly recommended.
