Hotel is nice, if u get a decent room! 1st room was a lovely double room, then 2nd room was like a shed grubby, dated, and depressing! Although after complaining about 2nd room we got a free upgrade to a 1 bed apt! Spotless, n lovely! Staff were nice! Breakfast wasn't to my taste, n not a great selection for a buffet breakfast!

The Episkopiana hotel is located in the outskirts of Episkopi village near the city of Limassol. The popular Kourion beach is approximately 3km away. It's a plain hotel and somewhat dated in need of renovation. It has an outdoor pool and restaurant. The pool bar makes nice frappee coffee and the staff is friendly.

It's a lovely hotel, but not the best (even not the middle) in the Cyprus. Air conditioning is the worst I have ever seen before, you better buy about 5 huge water bottles not to drain up absolutely.

The whole hotel was very clean. But you only get fresh towels and linen every three days! The bed is very hard. The food is okay, but always the same. The staff at the reception is not very helpful (lacking English skills, not well-informed about anything). There was not much for children.

I had my wedding reception here 20 years ago. Wonderful memories and fantastic photos in beautiful authentic setting. I've since come back twice to visit. Each time had a very warm welcome from owner George. Looking forward to visit in the future.

We didn't stay at hotel, just went to the interior garden restaurant. It was one of the best food in the whole Cyprus. We recommend their "specialities": really good!!!

The hotel has a small courtyard that doubles as a restaurant. It is decorated with characteristics, but the rooms are poor. There is no air conditioning. There is only a fan. If there are no leftover food from the restaurant the day before, breakfast will only be bread, jam, and milk.

Can't thank Mehmet and all of his staff for the help and compasion shown to me and my partner. Unfortunately during our stay my partner passed away. We have been staying in this hotel for several years, you couldn’t ask for a better placed hotel, you can walk down the steps into the sea, or stay by the excellent pool area, where there are plenty of sun beds. I am here right now. Our room is basic but very clean but behind us is a building site and they start very early, this morning it was 3am so very little sleep had. The food is good with plenty of choice and the staff are excellent. It's a small complex ideal for families and the pool is perfect. We are a couple but the children are no problem. Great staff, diverse catering serves vegetarians well and makes their options creative; close to great beach, plenty of activities for children and adults alike. Great hotel for the money we paid! Nice staff and the dinner was eatable and often quite tasty. Lunch and snacks was good too, appreciated that you can choose from the menu instead of getting served a buffet like many of the other all inclusive hotels.

I went to this apartment when I went to Protarus, Cyprus. This apartment is in a great place if you like to go out at all times. This apartment is a normal apatment so don’t expect an amazing apartment. Enough sunbeds (normally). I loved how it was so close to lots of things. I would rate this apartment 3/5 stars.

The room smelled of mould and was full of bugs. I killed about 20-30 flies when I first walked in. When I informed reception they gave me a wall mounted bug repellent machine and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

Lovely stay in the centre of Kakopetria. You can walk to the nearby village Galata without even knowing it since the two villages have reached both their borders. It is a lovely and cozy 2.5km walk from this hotel. Mrs Maria who is the owner is very polite and supportive
