The female owner is not at all polite. She gave us some ice for our drinks but would not give us any glasses. On check out she said there is no charge for the ice. Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

Form the day we arrived we where grated with the lovely hotel staff. They where very helpful when we need dry cleaners and a taxi for the return trip home. Pool staff where so amazing. Great location, very quiet and still very close to center, bar street. Very good service on reception and on the pool bar, really polite. We had no adapter for charging and on reception gave us. All the women working there are great. Just maybe refreshing the rooms could be good but still in the end of season is normal to not be the best condition. This time of year (February), is perfect. It was so peaceful, so quiet, and so tranquil. The room was great, the employees were great, and the location was great. Booked two rooms,with a request for adjoining, ground floor and they full filled it. Both were clean and tidy. Every thing was there and working for a self catering holiday with no issues.
