A large group of us stayed here. It was excellent - had everything we needed. The host, Spyros, is fantastic. Super helpful prior to and during our stay. Would definitely book again!

I believe we found the best place for our 15 person team meeting!
Many activities available at the villa, table tennis, 4 tennis courts, volleyball, football, a big pool, gym, some table games.
very big spaces, lot of tables, we were very comfortable.
We opted to have food there, and they were cooking great dishes all week, which was crowned by a extraordinary lamb that was prepared by Spyros the host himself.
Spyros is also the best, he helped in everything we needed, shopping, transportation, knows taxi drivers, food places, he booked a boat for us, kind and funny.
you won't regret going there!!

Perfect host! Perfect location! Perfect pool! Perfect villa! We had an amazing stay at the villa of Spyros. He helped us with everything. One of the best places I have ever stayed with a group of friends!

It was the most romantic gate away I have ever had so far in my life. The service was something else. I cant avoid mentioning the fact that we re-booked the room for two extra days. Going again in a week! Hope we find the same room available!!!!

The tennis courts and the swimming pool are great. The rooms are spacious and comfy for value travelers. The property is close to everything you might want to visit in Protaras. Definitely value for money!

We contacted the host over google maps, within 5 minutes we got a response including possible time to play tennis. It takes just 10 mins by taxi to get there from Protaras. There are 4 hard tennis courts, everything well maintained. The coach Spyros was friendly and helpful with advice. There is full inventory there and a very nice place in the countryside to play. Also it was great that we could pay using Revolut. It is a much better than another tennis court near the Protaras Stadium.

It is the best and wonderful place to play tennis. Apart from that here you can also enjoy swimming pool and some catering services. Here everything is, neat and clean, available at very reasonabe price. Owner is very friendly and courteous. you can fully enjoy here.
