A great experience, easy to check in/out, baggage room, room service is great and the pool and gym are both great. The room had a working AC and a lovely balcony with a great view. Apartments ok, comfortable beds, good showers and well equipped. Watch out about the cleaning personal, since 7-8 AM they like to talk loud and clear to each other, hitting everything they can. Every furniture door make noise at opening and closing.

I think the location of the hotel is good, I stayed in single room 412, first of all there was no hair dryer, there was a microwave but it was not connected, breakfast was good, maybe something a little sweeter could be added to the jam and honey. This is our second visit and would return again. A little gem, in a convenient location close to the beach. Bus stop across the road for easy travel and a free car park. Breakfast is superb, rooms are spotless and staff are helpful and friendly.

After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Lovely hotel breakfast very nice rooms lovely and staff very nice. Round the pool was nice and staff looked after us very well . Rooms very clean. The only bad thing was our shower was not very powerful

We arrived home last weekend after 13 nights here. I think some of the recent reviews are a little unfair. We found the staff on reception friendly and helpful and although there are issues with late check out we were offered full use of the facilities near the spa to get a shower (I was the only person in there) and storage for our cases until our flight that evening. The hotel is clean, rooms aren't massive but they are clean as well. The pool is small, far too small for big inflatables and ball games. Some so called adults acted worse than children. If you have a late flight don't stay here, I don't think they have even heard of a late checkout room.

I really like clean and modern rooms and comfortable beds, although some believe that they should be better kept and that the rooms should be better soundproofed, but what for. It is great ... Very good hotel and especially the service! I was there with my family and I highly recommend it !!!

We were at Arsinoe Beach in April 2014, arrived on April 30. Hotel 3 stars. We had breakfast, dinner. I must say, they are fed hearty, tasty and varied. And this is not only my opinion. The service staff is friendly, all Russian-speaking. We liked. We think to come to this hotel next time. P.S. The hotel has been closed for 2 years now. And, in September of this year, the hotel building was destroyed

Cool place close to the beach good access to the center great meals. The pools look good only in the pictures.

We rested in 2008. I liked everything except the food. We want to come to this hotel :-) We are from St. Petersburg.
