Cosmo Napa Boutiuqe Hotel in Ayia Napa

Form the day we arrived we where grated with the lovely hotel staff. They where very helpful when we need dry cleaners and a taxi for the return trip home. Pool staff where so amazing. From the fresh cooked food to the service provided to us they where just amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Is in a quiet area and and the same time closed to all amenities.

Stayed with friends in July - amazing location, walking distance to the strip but peaceful inside the hotel. Pool area is perfect for relaxing during the day!

Stayed here with a couple of friends. Perfect spot to be close to bars and restaurants. Staff were always helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Would come back!

We went for a wedding celebration as Family we had the most amazing time .
The reception staff very kind and Helpful and even went fouther to help us amazing nothing to say about the 5 🌟

I have no word to describe the services we received from Paul and is staff simply the best .Thank you Paul for making me and all my Family so so welcome and comfortable. Well about the Room that slide different, the lady that cleans the room very poor standards and very annoying same times especially the last day we was told to vacate the room at 11am .
At 9:30 this cleaner was walking up and down the corridor desperately for us to leave and keeping ask are you done!
It was very very annoying 😑.

Great location, very quiet and still very close to center, bar street. Very good service on reception and on the pool bar, really polite. We had no adapter for charging and on reception gave us. All the women working there are great. Just maybe refreshing the rooms could be good but still in the end of season is normal to not be the best condition. We used AC the whole time and no charged additionally.
