Arrived expected cheap and cheerful, which is exactly what we got, the family are really nice an amenable, room was clean+ but dated WiFi in room, hit and miss phones and Alexa struggling with connection, no HDMI on TV couldn't connect TV box. Good fridge, kitchen sink. Didn't see any sky sports in pool bar but didn't really expect any with just 3 guests in hotel, not there fault neither was the hotel...

Very locally placed complex Musthapha and his family are very good hosts nothings a problem very spacious rooms balcony minutes from Kyrenia money exchanges car hire all local casino right next door Big pool. They serve food all day speak perfect English all.the sports shown there U will bump into a few expats during your stay who.like the info from home. Would reccomend it

Hidden treasure A real hidden treasure right in the centre of Ayia Napa. The communication from the host has been 1st class, messages with all key and room information and she met us on our first day to explain everything. The apartment was spotless as was the reception area and all around the property. Yes there is night club across the road but that didn’t really bother us at all.

Great communication from the staff. Easy after hours check in process. Apartments are fantastic, extremely clean and spacious. However the noise from nearby clubs is just too much going on until 4am every night of the stay. Was only informed of the possibility of noise after booking.

We went to sea CleoNapa last week and could not have had a better experience! All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming! The swimming pool was lovely and the rooms a nice size! The manage went above and beyond in every way and made our trip lovely!

We stayed there for two nights. The apartment is big and comfortable. Offers a decent view of the sea. We loved the balcony. The owner is really nice and friendly. 10 mins to the city center. There are many restaurants and lidil, gas station very close to the apartment. Tomb of kings, Beachs are 5 mins drive from apartment.

The rooms are rather small, for what actually would be possible to put there. The service there is AMAZING the staff is very friendly and rhey also do different kinds of games and stuff like that during the evening. Hotel is clean modern and In a good location. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast we found there was plenty of choice however hot options were not so hot and sausage was always boiled. Had a family wedding reception there, how they transformed the bar was amazing & would highly recommend having a look if you needed somewhere for a reception of any kind. Our first visit was 5 years ago when the hotel was showing signs of lack of maintenance. Since then it’s deteriorated quite considerably. Didn't actually stay in these apartments, but was shown around them as was interested in staying when I next return to Cyprus. What I saw showed a great sized pool, and the apartments modern. They offer the full range of accommodation choice too, from Self Catering, right through to All inclusive. I would not hesitate to use these when I return.

My family and I stayed for two weeks it’s not a five star holiday destination but your not paying five star prices it’s a family run apartment complex with bar restaurants. pool. etc Helena and her staff couldn’t be more helpful it’s a short walk to the beach and there’s entertainment in the bar every night and the food is very good in the restaurant

A family run apartment and hotel. Every night you can relax in the bar with solid prices. The staff is kind and cordial. Excellent transport links, bus is 100 meters in front of the hostel and the beach is about 500 meters away. We only experienced positive things. Oh, and a talking parrot in the lobby :)

The hotel has good location, in the downtown, in front of the beach. The room was clean, but needs renovation, the furniture is old, especially the kitchen part.  No tooth paste and brush, no sandals.  The stuff was nice and helpful, especially the young man - smiling and king.

This hotel and the staff are exceptional. My husband had a bad back and could not walk and they did everything to accommodate us, even calling an ambulance to take him to hospital, and assisting the ambulance crew in carrying him downstairs. Stayed here recently and enjoyed it very much. Lovely spacious room on the ground floor with our own designated chairs and loungers outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. You could walk into town but it is a busy road and not a pleasant walk. The local dolmus stops outside the door and runs hourly. This same bud continues up to Bellapais. This is a very pleasantly situated hotel within a short drive to Kyrenia and beaches and a long walk uphill to the village of Bellapais - it is worth the walk or drive up - the rooms are roomy with comfortable beds and a good shower plus we had a balcony overlooking the pool. We have stopped at this hotel on many occasions and have never been disappointed, being within 15-20 walk to Kyrenia it’s is ideally situated for all aspects of a good, interesting holiday. Nice food, nice relaxing spaces and very accommodating management.
