The location is remote and the hotel is old.

It is difficult to reach without a car. But it is in a very nice location. It is in a quiet place. Since we rented a car, it was not a problem. The sheets and linens were always clean. We stayed a few times and found it clean every time. The toilets in the bathrooms are just a little old. The WC brushes should be renewed. When we went in the winter, we had a heating problem with the air conditioner...

We recommend it to those coming from Türkiye and to everyone. It is a very clean and affordable place. The view is amazing.

We stayed here with 3 friends for 1 night on our trip. The room was clean, there was hot water. We stayed in a duplex room, the air conditioning was a bit insufficient for heating but it wasn't a big problem for us. We were satisfied with the price-benefit balance.

The hotel is a bit tired but there is improvement being made over the winter period. There is a gem in this hotel and that is the owner who couldn't do enough for us, and her cooking is exceptional as she uses every fruit that is grown in the garden surrounding the hotel particularly for jam's and marmalade ect.. We will visit again next year.

A great place where you get what you pay for. The staff and hotel owner were kind and friendly. I was only planning to stay there for accommodation purposes while I was sorting out my dealings. Breakfast options are very varied. (But egg dishes were cold) I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

A way from the busy highway, this little gem of a hotel was a great find. The communtal areas are full for amazing antiques, photograps and books, but the rooms were very clean and modern, great hot water. Staff were pleasant and fascinating people very happy to tell stories of the island and their familes' past. I stayed at the Lapida Gardens for a week over Christmas on a walking holiday with Solos. There were 13 of us on our group and a few other guests on other days. Nice and authentic hotel in Lapta. The decoration with antiques makes you relive the centuries of cypriot history. There is a beautiful garden at the Hotel with a pool, where you can enjoy the mediterranean sun and have a great outlook on the kyrenia mountain range.

I definitely would not rate this place higher than 3 stars. The room is comfortable, and the few staff were helpful. The hotel is not near the beach, and it’s not safe to walk along the road. You need a car. There is one market not far from the hotel. There are several restaurants within a few kilometers. The hotel is like a museum. There are so many antiques and a lot of dust. The WiFi is very slow...

The staff are friendly, the hotel is average but is being slowly renovated from the bottom up. The rooms are a little tired and old fashioned, hopefully the upgrades will improve this. The pool area is nice although I haven't seen the bar open there yet. This could be a reasonable hotel with the upgrades and TLC.

Form the day we arrived we where grated with the lovely hotel staff. They where very helpful when we need dry cleaners and a taxi for the return trip home. Pool staff where so amazing. Great location, very quiet and still very close to center, bar street. Very good service on reception and on the pool bar, really polite. We had no adapter for charging and on reception gave us. All the women working there are great. Just maybe refreshing the rooms could be good but still in the end of season is normal to not be the best condition. We used AC the whole time and no charged additionally

Stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. Hotel room was clean and had a bath. Aircon worked, mini fridge and TV. I stayed in a room that had two single beds, two big chairs and a balcony. There's a pool and I had breakfast included. Breakfast was okay. Not too much selection, but they have hot food to order. Meals can be purchased after as well. Everyone was nice and very helpful

Fair hotel - it was not the best but for this price was alright and people was nice specially Mohamed from breakfast - fresh one cooked for each person. The rooms were ideal – clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Location was spot on too, everything we wanted to see and do was close by, which made getting around really easy. One of the best parts was definitely the bar had the best time there with my mates, such a great atmosphere to chill out and have a laugh in the evenings.

I stayed for one night in Limassol for work. The hotel is centrally located in a lively and touristic area, just a short walk from the seafront. We stayed just one night but in my opinion was the best hotel in Cyprus. Nice design, clean and big rooms. Air conditioning was also in corridors. The only bad thing is the design of the bath: shower and toilet are separated and too close to the bed.

This hotel was charming and spacious for the deluxe double room. I enjoyed having a mini fridge and lots of counter space. The interior was beautiful. I’m not staying here for the first time, and I’m always happy to come back to this family-run hotel. Lovely authentic accommodation in old town Larnaca. Up step stairs. Comfy huge bed. Sufficient for a transit night as we needed. Air con only works with key & took quite a while to cool. Keeping room cool for arrival would have been better

My flight got cancelled and I had to book very last minute and the staff accommodated with the request right away. Room was spotless, and staff was very friendly. They helped us leave our luggage while we wait for our flight.

We stayed for two nights upon arrival. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was just two minutes from the sea. They sent us self-check-in instructions, and everything was clear and easy. The only downside was the bar, which was practically right outside our windows. The music blared until 2 a.m., so closing the windows didn't help.

The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff, and a great location — about 15–20 minutes’ drive from the city centre, so it’s peaceful but still close to everything. This place is not a great value for the price. Although the location is very good which is a big plus, the room standard is well below what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. The service itself is fine, but staff are unavailable for much of the day. Additionally, there is no luggage storage available on site which is inconvenient if you plan to come to the airport later after the checkout

We stayed at White 11 in March. Lovely studio with sea view at reasonable price. Good location, everything at walking distance, close to the beach and restaurant, however away from the main road. Even tho there is a reception, nobody was there, we got the instructions by email how to get the keys and the code from the main door. Keep in mind the sea view rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator...

Great place to stay in Larnaca. Rooms& bathroom very clean. Also the towels were very clean( very important for us) 😄. Location is close to good restaurants and close to the beach( aprox 5 min walk) I am not sure if this location is,, adults only,, because our little neighbours were very loudly at 7 Am 🤣. I wouldn't say this is the nicest hotel I have stayed in but not the worst ,it's a bit tired in a lot of places but the beds are very comfy. Need to lot of work to tidy up a bit but the price reflects in what you get and open out of season which is another bonus

The Manager Linda , 10 out of 10. The facility itself, perfectly allocated. The end of the day, you get what you pay for. It's very, very reasonably priced. So don't expect too much frills, maybe not even an elevator. But what you're getting is a safe place, safe, managed by good management in the perfect location for unbelievable value. In Europe, this has got to be one of the cheapest accommodations

Excellent, especially the staff, very helpful, and friendly. Spoken English not the best, but with a mobile you can find what you need! Across the street is a supermarket and bakery, so you can eat on a budget. Slight stree noise, but nothing that kept me awake, and I'm sensitive to sounds...
