Maris Grand Waterpark Resort in Protaras

From the moment we walked in the experience was wonderful. We were met by staff and advised that even though we were early for check in we were able to use the pool and water park. Rooms were extremely clean. Well equipped with a safe, hairdryer, towels for the pool and tea/coffee facilities. Food was good with lots off variety. Plenty to choose from. Evening meal was great with home made pizzas. After check out we were still allowed to use facilities. There was a slight incident but that was dealt with in an extremely professional way. Look forward to returning.

They constantly went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable—always welcoming, helpful, and attentive. ​ Top-Tier Cleanliness: The housekeeping was "spot on." Our room was serviced daily with fresh towels every single day—a level of consistency I haven't even seen in some five-star resorts. ​ Modern Vibes: The hotel is brand new/freshly refurbished, so everything feels pristine and modern. ​ Dining Perk: At the à la carte restaurant, they surprised us with a complimentary Banoffee banana chocolate cake which was absolutely delicious!

We had a pleasant stay at Maris grand resort. The staff were so friendly & welcoming. The rooms were spacious & spotless. I honestly can’t fault the hotel. We will definitely come back to it.

Perfect family break! We’ve just got home from a short stay at the Maris Grand and we genuinely had a fantastic time. The hotel was spotless, the food was great and the new management have set really high standards. The staff really made our stay, with drinks waiter service in the indoor bar and the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Shoutouts to the ladies in the restaurant and the bar staff who made sure everything was perfect for all of the guests.

Me and my family had an amazing stay at Maris Grand. It truly made our holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The entire team went above and beyond, and I’d love to give a mention to the manager, Vasilis and also George who were exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank you as well to Adriana in the restaurant, who was incredibly kind and attentive to my family. She is a credit to the hotel. The food was brilliant, with a different theme every night, which kept things exciting and gave us something new to look forward to each day. Everything was delicious with a wide variety for every meal of the day. The waterpark was such a fantastic feature and kept everyone entertained for hours. It is perfect for families with children. The whole experience was brilliant. Friendly atmosphere, excellent service, hotel was very clean and so many thoughtful touches throughout. We wasn't supposed to stay here but upon arrival in Cyprus we were informed our hotel wouldn't be ready for a few days and we had been transferred to another hotel . Upon arrival we were met at the front desk by an amazing gentleman who was very friendly and helpful and got us booked in as quickly as possible. We got to our room and waiting for us was a sandwich and a cake as we had missed an evening meal which I thought was a really nice gesture. The next day we went down for breakfast and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and this was the same all week I can't praise them up enough everyone made us feel welcome. We didn't go to our original hotel because we were made to feel so welcome . The food was out of this world a great selection every meal time even trying food I hadn't before . The bar staff couldn't do enough for you . The rooms were cleaned every day fresh towels when you requested them .
