Had a lovely holiday with friends. However 2 members of staff here were extremely rude.
One was an old white bloke, asked if we can use the little pool when it was passed 8pm. He said “if you ask me that again I will charge you €50 and kick you out”
The 2nd member of staff was unpleasant the whole stay. Accusing us of throwing bottles down the balcony. We have not used it once because it’s covered in pigeon poo. They also never cleaned it so we can never used it The same women told us we need to have our room clean before we leave when we were putting our suitcases in reception we told her we were not done yet and we will do it. As we were walking back she stops us and says “do you really live like this when you’re at home your room is disgusting” there was no reason for her to say it like that. Could have easily been worded differently.
The old white man was not the owner he is a night bar staff.
The owner was lovely he poured ice down my back
The young girl day bar staff was also very lovely too.

the location is by far the best feature 🙌

Spent 7 nights, appreciated 24h reception and comfortable late check-in. Staff & owner is very kind, helpful and open for your needs during a stay. Personnel were always in good mood, polite & professional. Room was clean and spacious, loved big terrace with lot of sun :) Big pool , restaurant & breakfast options are great benefits. Location is perfect, few minutes walk and you are on main Ayia Napa strip, nevertheless accomodation is qiuet and cozy. Thanks for our stay & wish you all the best.

absolutely amazing, loved every minute of it, Harriet and George especially, they were absolutely perfect with us, knew how to have a laugh, spoke to us with respect, coming again every year

Very basic accommodation, with a lot of flaws. Great pool, decent breakfast. We stayed 4 people, including two kids in the family apartment. The air conditioning wasn't satisfactory for the whole apartment, as it existed only in the parents' room, so they brought also a ventilator, but that was not enough... The toiletry was not sufficient, towels were not changed daily, we bought towels to manage... The furniture looks from the 80s, evrything we touched didn't work completely... I am not sure this was worthy of the 200 euro/night we paid...

The bungalows were very nice — a bit old but renovated. The service was good, and the staff and owner were very helpful with guides and answering all our questions. I would have preferred more frequent cleaning, as it was provided only once every two days due to the bungalow style, not like a hotel. The location is close to the party area and in a nice neighborhood.

22.07.2025 Ksusha

George, the owner of the hotel, is an exceptionally kind and attentive person. He helped us resolve all our questions and always made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. You could often find him in the lobby, ready to assist or simply check in on how things were going. His presence truly shaped our overall impression of the holiday — it’s incredibly valuable to have someone who genuinely cares.

Great place to stay for people looking to be close to nightlife. Hotel bar was open until late and the food was lovely. The room was a good size and had everything we needed for a week stay. Cleaners came everyday and the whole hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, there was always someone around if we needed anything. I had a few injuries while there and the staff were all more than happy to help me and even check up on me for the rest of my stay. We never struggled to get sunbeds. For the price, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough
