Narcissos Waterpark Resort in Protaras

Just returned from a family holiday we stayed 12 nights.. The kids loved the water park..the staff are amazing a big shout out to Vanessa Pete and all the bar staff who go above and beyond Vanessa works her socks off..Mario our Oliver loved you..just something for management to think about maybe in 40 degree heat the bar staff should wear a lighter colour other than black..fantastic stay would definitely return..also Gabriella reception staff were so welcoming

We arrived later than planned and the hotel provided sandwiches, didn’t have to but did and we were grateful. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, basic, small balcony but didn’t bother us. Mattresses and pillows could be better but again, not important to us. Very clean. Fantastic over all experience but most of all, Mario (entertainer) and Pool Bar staff couldn’t have been better. Loved our stay.

This hotel is excellent, seriously underrated. The facilities are 1st class with main pool, children's pool and the waterpark itself. Minimum of 6 lifeguards at any time they have really considered health and safety. We arrived at midnight and the reception staff were brilliant at getting us settled in right away. The room is excellent, great condition, well appointed and spotless. The balcony is huge and overlooks the main pool and bar. The free drinks are great quality and the food is excellent. The food is all freshly prepared, a huge choice for mains as well as a separate kids area, the desserts are very high quality as is the food. My guess is those reviews that are not so complimentary about the food come from those who prefer processed food, which gladly is not the main fare. Fresh vegetables, salads, local dishes, roast and grilled meats with all sauces, dips, olives etc. Absolutely fantastic. As for the staff, they are excellent. Very polite, super helpful and lots of them. Within a minute of sitting at my table for lunch I was handed an ice cold drink! The plates are collected swiftly without fuss. This hotel is awesome and I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

We went to Narcissos waterpark resort and the start of June for our family holiday. The hotel was nice, clean and spacious. We had a studio room which was comfortable and cleaned daily. The food was basic, what you would expect for the rating of hotel but was still delicious. They even offered a kids buffet every lunch and dinner to facilitate the children which was perfect for our 3 year old. The waterpark and choice of pools were brilliant with a large number of sunbeds that were always available! The staff were really friendly and kind always on hand to help. The bars were clean and offered a wide range of cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks and mocktails. The hotel is in a good location, you aren’t too close to Protaras ***** so it feels quiet but with only a short bus trip or walk to the town if wanted to explore! We would often walk across the road to the bay and paddle in the sea. There are a few shops and a coffee shop at the end of the hotel drive. The entertainment was basic and didn’t really take our fancy so we would rather spend our evenings going for a walk. I think they could do with an entertainment team and a revamp of the entertainment area as it looked very worn. Maybe a new choice of activities through the day too. The kids club was quite disappointing, our son was keen to go but the room was quite dark and unwelcoming so ended up staying with us! Whilst the hotel itself is nice I do think it could do with utilising the spaces they have in the hotel that they have just left derelict. But we were really happy with our week holiday and requested a late check out as our flight was in the night which was super useful! Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend!

The people there are sooo nice (especially Vannessza and Peter at the bar). I had an amazing time, the cleaners were great and the slides were soo fun! The food was okay but nothing too special but the carbonara was amazing! Thank you Vannessza and Peter for being so nice to me and my mum!

Good hotel food was nice, pretty far from Protaras *****.

We have had the best time at this hotel. When I read the reviews I was worried, but they were so wrong. All the staff are amazing they are so welcoming, and make time to chat to our children. The service was fantastic, ant meal times we were seated quickly. Once seated the drinks order was taken. As soon as the drinks and plates were empty the staff were there to take or ask for a refill. There is enough food and variety for everyone even the piccy eaters will find something. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. If we were still on the room they would come back later nothing was ever a problem. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The water park was fantastic for our children. Just out of the hotel are beautiful beaches. I really would recommend coming to this hotel. We would definitely go back there.
