Everything was clean and well maintained

Good hotel, clean rooms. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. Would gladly stay again.

Everything was wonderful, the hotel staff were very attentive. Check-in was at 2 PM due to high demand, which is also stated in the hotel information. We were given a complimentary breakfast plus one for waiting

Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area

The hotel is relatively old, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the toiletries are of a fairly high standard. Breakfast is included, and it's quite plentiful

I was traveling with clients for business and stayed at this hotel. It's a five-star hotel in the city center, with a large lobby on the first floor

, the hotel has rooms with a shared pool and there are rooms without a pool, they all have a balcony, there is a large central pool, with a shallow pool for children, which were mostly empty, the hotel is centrally located, it has no beach and no gym, in addition to the hotel there is another part of the water park that is mostly closed And only 2 slides are working

Great rooms, great seafront location midway between Ayia Napa and Nissi Beach, super friendly and helpful staff. Food variety and quality was great

The only negative was the slight inconvenience of no WC facility at pool / reception / restaurant level - you needed to go either 1 floor up or down

So far holiday is ok hotel is small not much to do. Entertainment doesn't almost exist. Food is ok some days better some worse. Dont expect any decent evening entertainment its ok for a hotel this size

We had a great time during our stay at Sungarden Park! We e enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant every day and decided quickly that lunch was great to have from the snack bar at the pool as the alternatives that they offered were great

Pros: Great rooms, swimup apartments available, great cleaning service, wifi everywhere, reception reacts immediately on every request, animators on big pool, great selection of food for breakfast

There are some daytime activities if you fancy it but usually we just relax our days away by the pool which have lovely comfy loungers (and plenty of them) Speaking of raucous nights/days, if it’s your thing try Castle Club on the ***** or the foam party on Nissi beach down the road (short walk) we are in our 50s and always have a great time at those and never feel out of place :D We have been coming...

We have stayed in all room types here over the years and all are lovely, if you fancy a treat book a suite with lovely views over the beach. The hotel is clean, well kept. Staff are friendly and food is great

Sometimes we eat out if we fancy a change of scene, or if we are out of the hotel. There is a snack menu between scheduled service times which can be useful if not in the hotel at meal times

Staff Timmi and her team, Marianna Activities and all the restaurant and bar staff are exceptional the food excellent something for everyone and facilities and beach on your doorstep

We find the beds very comfortable and the rooms well appointed. Entertainment is low key, we like that as we also enjoy relaxing in the evening if we don’t fancy a raucous night

We are currently staying in the hotel, here for our usual ten day stay in May, we also come towards the end of the year too before the British winter sets in

Air conditioning in the bedroom and the kitchen living area. WiFi (throughout the hotel ) and TV. We had a studio no 55 with balcony over looking the main pool

The sunbeds on the grass area was perfect for my husband to sit and read on as he loved listening to the sea and watch people pass on the coastal path

I used it twice once to the Mall and I manage to take my husband day before we went home to the harbour. They were kept very clean , great comfy bed if you like soft bed , duvets kept in wardrobe if needed

We were lucky to get a walk in shower you are supplied shower /shampoo and conditioner in dispensers, soap for sink are and also a hand wash pump dispenser

I’m so pleased our flight went ahead as we would have missed out on a great holiday we had no problems at all fearing for our safety whilst there

Location was great for us as we needed relax time, with it being early season and with cancelled flights I presume it was quieter than usual

The pool area and restaurants are outstanding, especially as the whole complex is facing west (great sunset views and more shade on hot days)

Facilities: A bit old; the waterproof glass and hardware in the bathroom are worn out! Service: The staff are very nice and welcoming, proactively helping with luggage! Environment: Facing the sea, the sea breeze is very soothing at night!

It's a family business run by the nicest husband and wife, and their children are also helping and very nice. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home

Clean room, the stuff was very helpful, they brought a vase for the flowers and cookies. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the food was very tasty.

Staff was courteous and enthusiastic. Breakfast was also delicious every morning.

The rooms themselves could use some renovation — they felt dated and lacked character. Another issue was with the pool sunbeds

There were plenty of delicious options to suit every taste, and everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. Our accommodation was in one of the bungalows, which were clean and serviced daily

Amazing stay. Great location, clean, and most importantly amazing host

Pool was greate, games section was a little worn down with ping pong table rackets semi destroyed and some machines not working

Nikolas one of the waiters was always polite, professional and well presented, he was so helpful and kind, Nissiana should be very proud to hire people like him! We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at the Nissiana Hotel in Ayia Napa. While it may not be the newest hotel, the level of cleanliness and service is absolutely top-notch—the highest you could ask for

Sheets, towels and room cleaned to perfection. Pool areas always kept tidy, water nice and clean. Not too far from the beach, approx 15min walk. If taxi etc needed, that is done for you

This apartment hotel is fully equipped with enough utensils and cooking pots and pan for a simple meal cooking. The apartment building has full facilities with indoor and outdoor swimming pools

Pool towel is €10 deposit, but after returning the deposit is returned

This hotel has excellent facilities and is incredibly clean. I highly recommend it to everyone; it's the best hotel I've stayed at in Cyprus

We really enjoyed our stay! There’s plenty of space at the pool and it’s really peaceful. The Cypriot receptionist is amazing, very friendly and welcoming

Generous rooms and a good price. Some problems with having enough hot water but possibly due to unusually cold weather when we stayed. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Whether in the restaurant, on the beach or in the bar guests are always greeted with a smile and absolutely nothing is too much bother. The beach is lovely and Le Petit Maison restaurant is too wonderful

I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this one’s earned. I stayed at the Landmark in Nicosia for a week, and the level of service I got—especially from Lava—was honestly next level

She’s the service manager there, and from the moment I ran into a few issues with my room and accommodations, she stepped in and handled everything flawlessly. Not just fixed it, but owned it

This hotel is truly exceptional. We have travelled all over the world and stayed at the best hotels. It's not the architecture, it's the staff

The allocated sunbeds is also brilliant, no having to get up at stuipd o'clock to try and get one

Hadn't been to Cyprus for 20 years. We chose this hotel for our 50th wedding anniversary and the good reviews. We was not dissapointed, as in the reviews all mentioned food, the staff and cleanliness of the hotel

A nice system for picking sunbeds and towels meaning no fighting over the best spots. Lots of pool bars around the complex and a few daytime activities to pass the time

The pool area is great, although both pools were cold, it would have been appreciated had one been heated. I was a bit apprehensive about the allocation of sunbeds but it was actually great

I really can't understand why this hotel is not 5*. We had a last minute break for a week in March and although the weather wasn't the best, we loved it. Massive Plusses for us:- *Sunbed allocation

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. We stopped in one of the bungalows, which are in the best location, near to the pool, bars, snack bars and the sea

Checked in quickly and Thomas on reception had a bit of banter and told us about a bar that was still open just around the corner if we fancied a cold beer after a fairly long journey

Don’t interact with any of the guests and when they do put activities on, don’t ask any of the guests kids if wanna do them and then hide one day he set up football and hid under a bush on his phone why this hotel is paying these two and allowing them to drag the hotel down and let all the staff down is beyond me would I come back? Yes, if the entertainment was sorted out

Sorry for the delay in our review, we had just moved house before we went on holiday so have been a busy with sorting our new house

There was also a cocktail menu included in the AI which is unusual in our experience. The hotel room was spotless with a pool view on the 3rd floor. Large studio style with double bed, sofa, small kitchenette with fridge

Problems can always occur on holiday. What matters more is how the hotel/staff respond and in this case they responded great. There was always sun loungers to be found and were well located around the two lovely pools

From left to right, Sotos (Bar Manager), me, Niyazi (Asst Bar Manager), my wife, and Catalin (Asst restaurant manager). They were all very good, professional but still had a laugh and a joke despite being very busy

I highly recommend Poseidonia Beach Hotel for both short and long-term stays. The sole aspect that warrants mention is the relatively high cost of lodging at the hotel

Always nice to come visit, had at least 10 different times me or my family came to the hotel, never had an issue. Great food, very helpful staff.

The atmosphere is relaxed and the service was really nice, especially the friendly waiter from Pakistan who made us feel welcome. A simple and pleasant place to chill by the beach

Poseidonia is an exceptional hotel in every way. I hosted my wedding there three weeks ago, and it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined

Very good breakfast with freshly baked bread and orange juice, pancakes and omelette as choice. You have your own pre-reserved sunbed. The bathroom is not as stylish as the other parts of the room and hotel

It’s a fantastic 5 stars hotel. You don’t need to rush down in the morning, there are always plenty of free sunbeds all day. My room was on the top floor with a beautiful sea view and a private terrace

My favorite hotel in Ayia Napa. Very attentive staff, amazing food, great location. Beautiful beach and lush garden. Yoga classes and water aerobics. Well equipped gym and indoor pool

Recommended but pool needs attention Very clean and new rooms! Very comfortable beds and nice shower room. Unfortunately the pool needs TLC and some good scrubbing. Beach is right below the hotel and it's really nice

Everything was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful, rooms were clean as well as the outside- such a great vibe! The location was perfect right down the beach! The only downside was there was loud music coming from another hotel down the road until 11pm but was not the Alions fault

It was an incredible experience—very romantic and set in a secluded spot in the hotel’s garden with a breathtaking sea view. The food was exquisite, and having our own butler made it feel even more special and intimate

Excellent location, beautiful pool area, great and abundant breakfast. The staff is very friendly, flexible and ready to help. They have an ironing room as well

The beach is very close, about 5 minutes walk, a small shop, a great cafe opposite the route and great restaurants near. A little noisy during the night because of the cars and the fireworks from the party boats

The only drawback with the hotel, was that the insualtion is insufficient, so I could hear the neighbor snoring through te door that separated the two rooms. also when they were talking playing music @2

Also when the cleaners started the noise was very load, also because of echo in the outside halls. Other than that, rooms good size, and cleaning every day

As I mentioned above the location is excellent plenty to do around. the beach is 50 meters away. The staff very friendly the room was nice and spacious but the floor and sink not very clean .

The towels were changed after only after 5 days and it was one night before our departure. The bed sheets were not changed at all during 6 nights, for a 4 stars hotel it is not normal

It was nice to have beach towels, even if you had a deposit to pay, I think it is normal because there are tourists that are not returning back the towels. The beach is 3 min walk, which is very convenient

Very nicely renovated hotel! We spent a few days in a deluxe suite overlooking the sea, our entire stay was very comfortable, modern furniture, up-to-date technical equipment (TV, kitchen), beautiful view from the balcony, delicious and varied breakfast, kind staff

The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning of the rooms, I am sure the staff is not enough. We had a lot of hair in the bathroom that was not cleaned during our stay

The only problem is that the breakfast is very repetitive, you have the same choice every day. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful with every request we had

The area is very quiet and I truly recommend it if you want to stay away from the busy area. The hotel has free parking and for us it was a plus

The lady waitress here is the perfect touch to make your evening special and try different things. There are loads of pools indoor and outdoor and plenty of sunbeds so never an issue getting one in the sun

Pool bar staff (Eva / Anastatia) who would make you many cocktail you wanted, not just stick to the menu. Maya in the restaurant who made sure you had drinks and a clean table snd welcomed us each day with a smile

The indoor pool gym and spa are also superb. You must have a massage they are just amazing! The hotel itself is out of Paphos but only a 15 minute walk to the harbour and very easy to find

Speedy check in and reception very pleasant. Rooms are spacious , comfortable beds, toiletries, free safe and water included already in fridge. They are designed to a high standard to ensure your stay is comfortable

We stayed here at the end of April beginning of May. We had a late arrival but were still treated to Prosecco and chocolates on arrival plus food in the fridge as we had missed our evening meal

Food is amazing with themed evenings. Plenty to have and loads of choice. If you get chance try the Peruvian Restaurant you get it free once within your stay but have to pre book

Fantastic staff and a lovely , comfortable hotel. Plenty to do on the complex. You get taxied about in golf carts.

Best and luxury hotel ever I have been stayed if you want to be relaxed and refreshing your mind choose merit hotel at Cyprus , perfect location ,Respectful staff, service is perfect, great pool , landscape design is so cool

The service was mediocre and didn't match the price. It was an all-inclusive hotel, but the food selection was limited, especially since the bars offered almost no "free extra charge" items

Room service was extremely slow; I had to call repeatedly to follow up. There were many swimming pools, and the water was clean

At the beginning we were a bit skeptical because of the size and because all inclusive was only bookable. But that was done on arrival. Very warm welcome at check-in, very simple. The room was very clean, large, quiet

Had an excellent stay for a week at the very beginning of May! Valentino and Sacha were excellent and looked after us well at breakfast and the pool bar! So many sunbeds to choose from and excellent location

Just had 3 weeks at the avanti hotel, local to several restaurants and bars. All staff in bars, reception, cleaning and dining very friendly and welcoming

A warm welcome from Renata and Sasha at breakfast and the wonderful lady who cooks eggs and omelette delish. The pool bar staff are great and delicious food cooked there

Our room cleaner was Effie what a wonderful woman, towels for sun beds included there is hairdryer in room and toiletries. If you have never been to the hotel you won't be disappointed give it a try

Everything was perfect. Especially the staffs were very helpfull and kind. Delicious food, comfortable room, nice and clean pool and sea. I would definitely recommend.

We didn't have the kind of hospitality we had hoped for. They even admitted that they hadn't changed their minds about what they believed to be right for years.

The rooms are really nice, however everything runs on electric so when they have a power cut and it often does their generator kicks in but this then opens all the curtains and switches on the lights

The good is also brilliant and it consists of a general restaurant withh different themes each night( Mediterranean, Mexican), a Japanese restaurant and a burger bar. It was all delicious and good for kids too

Beautiful location. Staff are first class. The variety and quality of food is impressive. First time in an all inclusive that I haven't been desperate to eat elsewhere. Loved every minute and can't wait to return

The hotel and all the staff were absolutely brilliant! Our favourite bartender ( Alin) was so friendly and was very funny and kind. He also made the best drinks we had the whole time we were there

Excellent facilities, a beautiful room, and a breathtaking sea view. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. The winter facilities were also great, especially the indoor pool and sauna

But at lunch at the pool The staff constantly wanted us to pay as soon as we ordered something making us feel that we were going to run away without paying it was very uncomfortable did not like that at all
