The Ascos is designed with glass walls in reception areas, offering all who stay a fantastic view of its beautiful, very large pool that wraps around the hotel and has a convenient bridge over it giving easy access to pool bar from all sides

The hair dryer was available, and pool towels were provided. Excellent maid service room kept lovely and clean fresh towels for the bathroom throughout our stay. Every meal had extensive choices from catering for all

The backdrop is the outstanding views of palm trees and the ocean. Even at the beach, there are plenty of sunbeds and a bar for refreshments on hand

Whether you are a single, couples, or family holiday makers the Ascos is a very welcoming , safe environment to holiday in. There is a small shop within the hotel, and it's packed with all you could wish for or need

Our room had a double balcony, and we were on the west side of the hotel overlooking villas and sea in the distance. The sun shone on this balcony all day, so lush to lay out and sunbath or enjoy the morning cuppa

the staff were amazing and the food was varied too. My husband is coeliac, they accommodated him really well. special mention to Loretta on Reception. she was always so helpful and smiley

For example, the tap in the bathroom was heavily stained, the balcony door was broken and could not be closed properly, and the YouTube function on the TV stopped working after we moved rooms

Other 5-star hotels that I have stayed at in the UK have offered some kind of small gesture. Overall, service & breakfast buffe is 5 stars but the room itself I would only give 4 stars

I also booked this staycation for my birthday and was expecting a small surprise from a 5-star hotel, as they could see my DOB at check-in, but there was nothing

I chose this hotel because I thought it was relatively new, but the TV was not even a smart TV, and the YouTube function relied on the hotel’s own system

We could not be bothered to change rooms again, so we did not report this issue

However, some features in the room were a bit outdated

Fantastic staff and a lovely , comfortable hotel. Plenty to do on the complex. You get taxied about in golf carts.

The service was mediocre and didn't match the price. It was an all-inclusive hotel, but the food selection was limited, especially since the bars offered almost no "free extra charge" items

Room service was extremely slow; I had to call repeatedly to follow up. There were many swimming pools, and the water was clean

At the beginning we were a bit skeptical because of the size and because all inclusive was only bookable. But that was done on arrival. Very warm welcome at check-in, very simple. The room was very clean, large, quiet

We've been going to Rocks for years, and for the location, food, and great staff, it's number one. If you're looking for a quality place, I'd recommend giving it a try...

All the sun beds near the sea had been save by the pool man for some guests!!! Towels on them and no one was allowed to sit on them. There were loads free as well. The breeze was best the nearer the sea

When complaining to the reception, and asking them how we reserved the sun beds by the sea, she advised that no beds were reserved. The pool man informed the lady that they were saved for the owner of the hotel

Well when the owner!!! arrived arrived at 16:30, seven hours later the owner of the hotel gave the pool man 20 lira and he promptly put it in his back pocket

The rooms are spacious, with two beds and a sofa, large mirrors, towels changed daily, and toiletries replenished every day. There is a pretty view from room 216

The pool was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. I was glad we didn't get all-inclusive, as it would have been a waste of money

It‘s a nice clean Hotel with well equipped rooms. It’s located next to the Tomb of Kings and the beach is not to far. The staff is really friendly and always tries to help you or brighten your mood

Especially Daniel, he does a great job and it’s always nice meeting and talking to him. There are live shows and events every evening. A nice way to spend the evening. Definitely a place I would like to visit again

A nice hotel outside Larnaca The beach is beautiful, the room was very nice, we took the front view room, the rest I guess would be less impressive in terms if view but if turning south should have mostly nice view still like the balcony we had overlooking the bay and City of Larnaca), the staff is very nice and helpful, the food is not bad (not amazing either) breakfast was better than dinner

there are a couple of pools outside with a pool bar, but it was closed in Dec when we visited. There's another small indoor pool which is heated next to the spa

Perfect breakfast, clean beach, very nice hotel

The hotel was good enough for a 4 star hotel. But the rooms are not sound proof. We heard lots of noise from downstairs at the first night. And very loud music playing next door after midnight

Ideal location next to the protatas pier which was so handy for a boat trip we took. 10/ 15 minute walk to the main strip but there are restaurants around the hotel. We did b & b and there was so much choice

Never struggled for a sun bed. Used the hair dressers which was brilliant and so handy as was attending a wedding. Will definitely be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We go into Pernera 20 minute walk on the front to Issaks where 2sunbeds and parasol 6euros for the day and if you want the beach there is one there

The buffet food was fantastic! We eat vegetarian and vegan, and there were plenty of delicious options for both breakfast and dinner. This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We already can’t wait to come back

We had a wonderful 11 nights at this incredible hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. Staff - The Staff at Reception were so warm, helpful and informative from day one until we left

The service in every restaurant was impeccable and it is so hard to remember all the names but we will remember Irina, Nicola, Maria, Valerie, Charlotte, Sachin and everyone we met, for a very very long time

Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable

The pools are lovely in the heat, one of them are losing the mosaic tiling from the pool. The food is incredible (went for all inclusive, that way you don't have to worry about paying for drinks, food, etc

Lovely pools and entertainment good

The cleaning of the room during our stay was okay but, on two occasions the maids didn't leave any toilet roll and we had to go and request some and they only changed the bed once during our stay and the towels twice

Rooms clean, food amazing for a 3 star hotel. We were a family of 13 which included 5 children. Desserts 🍨 were incredible too. Plenty of fruit at every meal. Only criticism were sunbeds could do with being upgraded

Great food, changing daily! Have snack zone which works between breakfast and lunch. It was very clean around and in the room! Deepest thanks to all the cleaning team. Swimming pool is very nice, my 5yo child enjoyed it

They have different restaurants, such as Sushi, which worked only during weekends - where almost impossible to book a space. Plus, food there doesn't worth it. We were giving a small plate of sushi for a family of 3

Like cmon, get some individuality! 3. Slim room doors, hear a lot what's happening in the hall. In our room the door didn't closed tightly, so there was a hole, bothering. Get lots of noise from outside as well

Our windows were on a neighbour hotel, they had singers everyday, and everyday we couldn't properly sleep because we could hear all the songs coming from other hotel. TV flashlight is too bright when it's off

Long waiting times, and rush and urgentness - is a huge NO. Breakfast food is repetitive, and every day is the same (compared to lunch and dinner, which were great). Plus mains are "english breakfast"

Had different entertainments for kids in the evening after dinner, such as shows or animations. Kids club is also existed, shame my daughter wasn't fancy of that

We would especially like to mention Sakis, who was a professional, a wonderful service person, smiling and courteous, and if he is the one who greets you upon arrival, expect an excellent welcome

Cleanliness - everything is spotless, in the public areas and in the rooms. Even when my son was not feeling well and vomited in the lobby corridor, they immediately came over and offered help and cleaned the place

The hotel is next to the Casino Opera. The soundproofing is excellent, so the room is very quiet

Very good place for a short stay or for a weekend getaway. You do need a car,the place is on a hill, so without a car it will be a good exercise. We didn't try dinner, but breakfast was ok.

We are currently staying as a family of four at the Louis Ledra Beach. In the current climate some people have been hesitant to visit this wonderful place however I say with confidence we all feel so safe here

Everything was wonderful, the hotel staff were very attentive. Check-in was at 2 PM due to high demand, which is also stated in the hotel information. We were given a complimentary breakfast plus one for waiting

Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area
