From going through the doors to reception the first person we met had everything and explained all we needed to know the food was varied and well presented delicious cleaning staff working hard and the staff behind the bar were all very friendly both my wife and I have been to Cyprus over 30 times and would have no hesitation in going back to the hotel Stamatia

Wonderful experience, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, food - breakfast and superb dinner with a large selection of dishes, lots of different fresh fruits

It was at the quieter end of town near the harbour. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of choice. Pancakes and omelettes made to order

Aya Napa is beautiful, the beach near the hotel is ok, but we stayed more often at Nissi beach, which is famous and you can walk to it. The hotel deserves a star more

A good hotel with a great all-inclusive. Pool area nice, enough of sunbeds, food delicious and wide all-inclusive drink menu. Room was clean, modern and spacious and was cleaned everyday

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, with shampoo and shower gel available. In the evenings there were organized activities such as mini disco and shows, even outside the main season

Plenty of parking right outside, and the mall is within walking distance. This hotel exceeded our expectations. If we ever return to Cyprus, we will definitely stay here again! :)

The hotel is in a very good location, with a large parking area nearby where it was always easy to find a space (in March)

What a fantastic hotel! Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, and the food is truly fantastic! We've stayed in all-inclusive hotels before, but never had such good food! There's a nice pool, a bar with a wide selection of drinks, and the location is also great

The food was excellent — the variety and quality would easily match many 4–5 star hotels in places like Tenerife. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and understanding

Pools were freezing, my girls used the indoor pool a couple of times. Never had a problem with food, plenty of choice for our family of 6. The only frustrating part was the queue for dinner in the evenings

There is free parking, and what stood out most was the exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the staff. The service level felt genuinely outstanding

We also used the spa and the massage was excellent. The therapist was clearly well trained and knew exactly what she was doing. The rooftop bar is another highlight with a great atmosphere and reasonable prices

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca for one night over Christmas and truly enjoyed the festive Gala Dinner. Overall, the hotel made a very strong impression

They made my birthday and the whole stay wonderful for me and my family. The rooms were very big and cleaned, the pool area gorgeous and the breakfast delicious

No problem getting a sunbed during the day though likely because we travelled toward the end of the season. 15th-25th October we had sun every day between 26-30c

I love Cyprus despite the cool weather with drizzle. Will be back soon again to enjoy the sun and sea, the peaceful days, delicious food, amazing wines and lovely people.

We had booked a one bed apartment for 3 adults, and were over the moon when shown to our room to discover it was a 2 bed apartment, groundfloor, over looking the smaller pool

The facility is good—slightly old, but comfortable. Free parking and a nice breakfast. I recommend it.

15pm and as both pools are surrounded by buildings, with the low sun, you will struggle to get a sunbed in the sun after about 4pm

lots of good restaurants within walking distance and a great little beach direct line to the seafront (10min walk). 50 for a sunbed all day, shower, toilet and water refill station all included

We chose to splurge and have one of the swim up bungalows and it was amazing! The pool was cleaned regularly, the little decks got a decent amount of sun throughout the day! We went for all inclusive and it was perfect, there is a separate drinks menu for the pool side bar but the cocktails were perfect! They also have buffets in the restaurant for each meal with a nice mix of classic food but also...

We came to stay at Bohemian Gardens for our honeymoon! The staff have all been lovely for the entirety of our stay! We arrived very late on the Saturday and staff had put us a sandwich each in our room as we had missed dinner! Just returned from Cyprus and so glad we stayed in this lovely modern hotel. Rooms were very clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful

This is a family run hotel and is clean and well maintained with a recent upgrade to the pool area, all staff are friendly and approachable including senior management and owners making our holiday very relaxing, we had a swim up bungalow this time which was lovely and spacious, on our previous stay we had a pool view room which was also very comfortable

All the staff here were 10/10, funny and friendly, will definitely return. Sun beds were plentiful and comfy, no wars in the morning to get one. Pool was clean and refreshing. A really really good holiday!

For example, the tap in the bathroom was heavily stained, the balcony door was broken and could not be closed properly, and the YouTube function on the TV stopped working after we moved rooms

Other 5-star hotels that I have stayed at in the UK have offered some kind of small gesture. Overall, service & breakfast buffe is 5 stars but the room itself I would only give 4 stars

I also booked this staycation for my birthday and was expecting a small surprise from a 5-star hotel, as they could see my DOB at check-in, but there was nothing

I chose this hotel because I thought it was relatively new, but the TV was not even a smart TV, and the YouTube function relied on the hotel’s own system

We could not be bothered to change rooms again, so we did not report this issue

However, some features in the room were a bit outdated

Located in the center of the city. The design is strange, huge, non functional furniture and strange installation of mirror and hairdryer. The breakfast is good and offers choices but it is the same every day

Just went to the roof top bar and casino and I absolutely enjoyed it. Great night out, they hold events at the roof top bar on the weekends and the night is Live!! The casino is very lush and service is pretty good

Disadvantages: - Even in non-smoking rooms, the hotel smells of smoke everywhere – restaurants, rooms, lobby, etc. Those sensitive to smoke should avoid this hotel

For example, you're always greeted by Nurcan with a warm smile in the morning and afternoon whenever you eat, and Yunus is a great help. The Roof bar and lounge is a fun place to hang out and the pool is pleasant too

However, the water in the pool sometimes smells so fixing that would be a good step. Also, some of the staff mainly the reception area are not speaking good English which is a necessity for a 5 star hotel

The location is good and cleanness is shown all the time. The restaurants by the pool have great services with a good selection of nourishment

Despite everything, if the hotel's policy doesnt allow any outside food and refreshments then I suggest, to the hotel, to lay out a vending machine somewhere that provides such refreshments and snacks like crisps and chocolates

Great hotel. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The meals are hot, delicious, varied and renewed. Desserts taste excellent and varied and the drinks are different and delicious.. We recommend it

We have stayed here a couple of times now and everyone has always been really helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Famagusta area

The food was absolutely fantastic. The various restaurants, which you could choose from just once, were also amazing. All the amenities at the Sunrise Beach Hotel are top-notch, and the lobby is very chic

I last came here in 2015 and it was nice to see some familiar faces and I’m sure it won’t be such a long time before I go again Daniel the Tui rep was brilliant in organising trips and I managed to visit Kyrenia and Famagusta whilst staying in Protaras it was amazing , well worth doing

Its my first visit to north Cyprus and first time visit Grand Pasha it’s amazing and perfect hotel and very very clean hotel

Hotel is right at the beach so we didn't need to use the sunbeds at the beach, we used the ones by the pool which is very close. You just cross the path and go for a dip in the sea

Marianna at the pool bar is fabulous and just a star. They both make great cocktails. The restaurant staff all work so hard and are very helpful and can’t do enough for you

Only thing bothering us (or the people next to us because we were very loud) was that there is so little space between these sunbeds, so no much privacy

Our hellos for the girl from Nepal, always smiling and greeting us. And not to forget the pool boy, he was very nice as well

But I understand that the hotel wanted to use all the space possible so every guest gets a sunbed

Just back from a lovely week at the Toxotis hotel. Booked as a last minute family holiday and we got a great deal. The staff are brilliant, all very friendly, professional and made our stay really enjoyable

The hotel was very quiet (to be expected at start of the season) so always plenty of sunbeds and easy to get a table in the restaurants too

Tassos in the restaurant was great plus Alex and Peter behind the bar in the evening and the lady on the pool bar during the day

The pool and slides were very cold but again to be expected at the time of year. Our 6 yr old didnt mind though

We thought the food was very good, always really enjoyed our meals and found there was plenty of choice for us. Good selection of cocktails on the all inclusive menu as well. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean

There are some construction in the surrounding area but construction noise is not a problem.  Google map is not very accurate due to road closure of the surrounding area due to the construction sites

Truly an extra-special hotel! Villa 2 has an incredible location with amazing sea views, perfect for a family. The breakfast was excellent. We'll definitely be back with great pleasure.

This hotel is situated on the water front with direct access to the sea. There is a public foot path that span across the bay right in front of the hotel between the hotel and the sea

Visited with my mum end of Dec 25 & everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Deluxe room with balcony & sea view was light, spacious & clean. Breakfast buffet had a superb selection of hot & cold choices

It's located right on the beach and has plenty of sun loungers. My room was comfortable with an excellent shower and a beautiful sea view. The smoothie bar is a real plus too

Will personally recommend TGI Friday and Dodo pizza. The pool at the hotel is nothing fancy but lovely to swim in (and clean). My daughter really enjoyed it

Holiday We stayed at this hotel from 22/08/25 to 26/08/25 and this is my honest review. We (myself,husband and daughter) arrived on the evening before midnight and were greeted by a friendly gentleman at the reception

They can cater for you for lunch and breakfast but bear in mind it cost 20euros per person and that does not include drinks. We found this very expensive but there are lots of restaurants around you can eat

The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the beach. Breakfasts are delicious but repetitive. Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo

The receptionist are all so friendly and welcoming, they will guide you with activities you can do to enjoy your stay and inform you about hiring a private car (thank you everyone at reception)

The cleaner (old lady) on floor 6 is an angel. She ensured our rooms were cleaned every morning (even before we will ask she will knock to offer), most 5* hotel cleaners don’t even do this

The pool itself is fine, but the bar isn’t very clean, and the sunbeds can be reserved by anyone whenever they want — meaning a mother from a family rushes in early in the morning, occupies six sunbeds, lies there for two hours and then goes to the beach, leaving others with nowhere to sit

The hotel is close to the city centre and also quite near the sea, and it’s perfectly located near a bus stop as well. The only complaint is about the pool

You can tell she really cares about the guests and the team. Loizos ( hotel manager) was around throughout the day chatting to guests and staff and was really hands on which was refreshing to see

A friend, and I, were there from 13th till 20th October. Hotel is nice and clean, rooms are a good size, but then all we did was shower, and sleep in the. Towels changed, and rooms cleaned, every day

now they have separate WiFi SSID for the swimming pool. Staff is friendly and polite. You have to pay for fridge and for safe if you want to use them. Safe 10€ per week, fridge 15 € per week

River Rock hotel is excellently situated in Ayia Napa for the harbour, shops, restaurant, bus route etc. The staff are brilliant and so well trained to look after customers

Only thing i would say is maybe play some chilled music at breakfast as it was a bit much when you first get up in the mornings. But honestly great hotel great location

We booked a pool view swim up room they are amazing you get your own double lounge bed on the balcony 2 chairs and a table so you don't have to get round the pool to save your beds even though they say don't put towels out before 8am There were people down there at 6

This was our first time to Cyprus in October 2026 and We absolutely loved this hotel we had a signature swim up room which was absolutely beautiful and made our holiday very relaxing

The pool area is tiny and the sunbeds are taken at 4am in the morning by older people who believe they can tell children not to splash

Started to get busy last few days and that caused only issue as the pool area for sub-beds is smallish so people would put towels on beds by pool and then go and do other things and come back 2 hours later… There are other places to sit not directly by the pool

Food- Breakfast was served in Nelia Gardens which was lovely and plenty of choice. Always had a warm welcome with a beautiful smile from Monica. Lunch and dinner is served at Neila Beach hotel across the road

Night reception put us in a room ( family of 3 with 2 beds) but this was quickly rectified in the morning by the reservations manager. Who did her best to ensure we were happy
