The hotel was first class clean we only did B&B as we like to be out all day breakfast was fine no complaints the staff were amazing so informative the lady on reception elvis fan cant remember her name but she went way beyond with the knowledge she shared then there was Dilyana we talked we with her most nights very helpful and knowledgeable cant praise them enough we will be going back god willing...

They were like superheroes – fixed it in a flash! It’s that kind of quick, kind service that makes this place so special. You can keep your 5-star resorts; we’ll take the 5-star heart of Anesis any day

A family business with the owners always at the location very clean and the staff extremely friendly and professional. If you go there Diljana at the bar/restaurant is your go to person

So many to list they are nearly 12 and were never bored

Excellent hotel with many amenities. Unfortunately as stayed in November a lot of amenities were closed. However, we really enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel & has everything. We have a toddler & pools were great for her

The pool was one depth which was up-to my neck and I’m 5”7 so if you have children just be wary of this. It did get loud as lots of adults playing music or ball games

But this didn’t bother me too much as I have adult children myself. We had a swim up pool but didn’t like not being able to see out so they did kindly change us

We had a swim up room, a real little sun trap cone mid afternoon. Whilst this is classed as a vibe hotel it’s not overly loud or over run with younger guests. We had no issues with noise and had really good nights sleep

The hotet WAS AMAZing And Beatiful. It is very clean and close to the SPA and the city center. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Receptionist lyudmila. We will definitely come back

Our room was also very pleasant and we had all we needed for a comfortable night

The location is fab you’re not right on top of all the bars clubs and restaurants. My only down side was not having any entertainment in the day or evening, I enjoy watching volley ball games and aqua aerobics

Fantastic hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Food at the basilica was the best ever. Didn't see any entertainment so can't comment. Beach is lovely. Pool is lovely. Great choice of drinks and snacks

This is truly a place if you just want to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings and sunsets. All areas of this hotel are spotlessly clean. Rooms are great I had a lovely balcony where you can watch the sunset

The weather was a little disappointing. But we still managed to get some sunbathing in. The reception staff swiftly checked us in and we got a pack up for dinner. Luggage was taken to our room before we got to the room

The shower is amazing with great toiletries. All aspects of the food are excellent. Staff members are all friendly with excellent customer service. Glad to see Nicky Oliver is back although I missed her by one day

Thank you so much! Also has a sauna, indoor pool and gym but we didn't use them. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again if I return to Cyprus

The main restaurant offers an extensive selection of dishes to suit every taste at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all beautifully presented and of high quality Avgerinos in the main restaurant was great too and made sure we were looked after! We also enjoyed two superb à la carte meals during our stay, both of which were a real treat

Sunbeds are allocated by a member of the pool team, you choose your bed and it is yours for the duration of your stay

This alleviates that 7am towel dash I have seen on social media!! The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the resort of Protarus

We stayed in a swim up pool room which was lovely. The room itself is clean and spacious, although decor could be a little nicer

There is a nice coastal path which takes approximately 15 minutes to stroll into the town where you will find many bars and restaurants. As is often the case, the real credit has to go to the wonderful staff

You would need to be really fussy if you couldn’t find something you liked. The lobby bar was a superb place to sit back and enjoy a drink

They work tirelessly to ensure everyone has a good time

We used the onsite gym which opens at 9am. We did ask one of the managers if it could be opened earlier. This allows a person to work out and then enjoy breakfast. Hopefully this is something they will look into

We did have one issue with breakfast and the pastries. My daughter loves them and grabbed one but the problem was it had meat in it. It was next to the chocolate croissant and looked very similar

Sun beds, on the first day I came down at around 7am and lots had been reserved. Each day I found myself getting earlier. One night I saw people had reserved the beds by midnight

Breakfast and lunch were served in one area and the evening meal in a different restaurant. I saw the chef come out a couple of times to speak to people who had allergies

Just make sure you read the descriptions and may be they can be placed further apart. The hotel is in a great location to the beach and bars and restaurants

That is crazy!!! The pool bar was nice, with a good selection of drinks. Evening entertainment varied, we enjoyed the film quiz but due to staying over a week we had the same quiz a week later

Throughout or stay ALL the staff were excellent full of smiles and offers of drinks and assistance all which helped make a great stay as there was a lot of scare mungering with regards to the Middle East I just need to say we felt very safe and happy to be in Cyprus a lot of credit for this to the hotel and staff ,My only regret we asked for a sunny balcony which we got in the mornings however it was...

We had such an amazing stay at the Atlantica Bay hotel in Cyprus and would happily return again in the future. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel welcome

The overall vibe of the hotel is calm and chilled, with a nice clientele which made it even more enjoyable. One thing we really loved was how well the hotel looks after the local cats

The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, with lovely views that made it a pleasure to wake up each day. The hotel is in a great location too

It’s close to the beach, a supermarket and some fascinating ruins - all set within a really nice, relaxed part of Limassol

I got fresh towels every day and one day I had to get ready and put the do not disturb sign outside, left and the cleaning staff still came back to clean my room

All was good but when I check out at last. I forget one item in the room. When I went to the room to take that item. Housekeeping was already there but she removed the package/she tore it

Lovely hotel for a couple nights stay. Really nice staff! The room was great for the price and very clean. The pool was lovely to relax at with nice sun-beds and a restaurant to order from.

The service – whether at the reception, pool, restaurant, or from the housekeeping staff – is always super friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are great

Although the hotel is located a bit far from the sea, the on-site pool was a great alternative for relaxing and cooling off

A good hotel with a great all-inclusive. Pool area nice, enough of sunbeds, food delicious and wide all-inclusive drink menu. Room was clean, modern and spacious and was cleaned everyday

It was at the quieter end of town near the harbour. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of choice. Pancakes and omelettes made to order

Also she seemed to be rude to her colleagues (and guests) and I saw her multiple of times checking her phone. I was hoping she could be more professional if she was in a higher position as her other colleagues

We asked for a pizza to share between us instead of us all ordering a slice each, which confused us as you had to pay for a full pizza outside of all inclusive? the same with bottled water which I was buying daily from the bar as water came out of the same tap as all other drinks like soda, lemonade, orange juice, so I could taste all of this when I wanted some fresh water

He's so smiley, has a joke with staff and guests and works so hard ❤️. The rooms are so clean, the pool is very welcoming, the sunbeds are comfortable, the food is amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful

just home after a week in this hotel, staff amazing couldn't do enough for everyone,rooms were lovely, spotless cleaned daily, fresh towels daily. Food was lovely, themed nights

pool area spotless plenty of sunbeds and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back, Margaret and Tricia PS only one suggestion could have a seat or bench in the spa showers to sit your clothes on

Restaurant manager George is always absolutely fantastic, each time I have stayed he has remembered me and is just so friendly and welcoming, he celebrated his 60th birthday during our stay and seeing the celebrations round the pool really made us feel part of a family there

Just got back from staying here. staff were lovely, we got in late and whilst checking in we were told to get a drink before the all inclusive bar time stopped at 11pm

The food is also wonderful there, there are theme nights each night so the food is always different and having an à la carte lunch each day really feels special

There is free parking, and what stood out most was the exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the staff. The service level felt genuinely outstanding

We also used the spa and the massage was excellent. The therapist was clearly well trained and knew exactly what she was doing. The rooftop bar is another highlight with a great atmosphere and reasonable prices

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca for one night over Christmas and truly enjoyed the festive Gala Dinner. Overall, the hotel made a very strong impression

An enjoyable stay, the rooms are modern with an extra large bed and a spacious bathroom. Housekeeping everyday keeping everything clean

They made my birthday and the whole stay wonderful for me and my family. The rooms were very big and cleaned, the pool area gorgeous and the breakfast delicious

The swimming pools look amazing a little on the cool side for me but i used the indoor pool and that was again very clean and tidy amazingly with a life guard

We stayed in apartments 5 and yes they could do with a bit of an upgrade, which we were told is happening late December but even so they were clean and spacious the cleaner was brilliant she couldn't do enough if you asked her for anything

This will come as no surprise to the management as the fantastic restaurant manager (George) what a very nice person, we bought a bottle nice wine most evenings and he was again very knowledgeable about all the wines on the menu he had the restaurant running like a well oiled machine, you could tell when he wasn't there, enough said

While we are on about the bar i hope the management take note of this there is a waitress Georgina small in stature and very long hair, she is amazing so happy cant do enough to help you she never stops from starting work to stopping cleaning tables for you collecting glasses and bringing you drinks she is a real asset to the hotel

entertainment in the bar area was absolutely brilliant we were lucky enough to be there for two of the Greek dancing nights, they have a gentleman who balances glasses on his head sounds boring it is a sight to be amazed at

Just went to the roof top bar and casino and I absolutely enjoyed it. Great night out, they hold events at the roof top bar on the weekends and the night is Live!! The casino is very lush and service is pretty good

Disadvantages: - Even in non-smoking rooms, the hotel smells of smoke everywhere – restaurants, rooms, lobby, etc. Those sensitive to smoke should avoid this hotel

For example, you're always greeted by Nurcan with a warm smile in the morning and afternoon whenever you eat, and Yunus is a great help. The Roof bar and lounge is a fun place to hang out and the pool is pleasant too

However, the water in the pool sometimes smells so fixing that would be a good step. Also, some of the staff mainly the reception area are not speaking good English which is a necessity for a 5 star hotel

The location is good and cleanness is shown all the time. The restaurants by the pool have great services with a good selection of nourishment

Despite everything, if the hotel's policy doesnt allow any outside food and refreshments then I suggest, to the hotel, to lay out a vending machine somewhere that provides such refreshments and snacks like crisps and chocolates

Just back from a lovely week at the Toxotis hotel. Booked as a last minute family holiday and we got a great deal. The staff are brilliant, all very friendly, professional and made our stay really enjoyable

The hotel was very quiet (to be expected at start of the season) so always plenty of sunbeds and easy to get a table in the restaurants too

Tassos in the restaurant was great plus Alex and Peter behind the bar in the evening and the lady on the pool bar during the day

The pool and slides were very cold but again to be expected at the time of year. Our 6 yr old didnt mind though

We thought the food was very good, always really enjoyed our meals and found there was plenty of choice for us. Good selection of cocktails on the all inclusive menu as well. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean

Returning to Warm Smiles and Heartfelt Hospitality Once again, our family had a wonderful stay at the Azia Resort & Spa! We’ve been returning guests for years, and every visit truly feels like coming home

And there was no request that was a burden. The hotel is so calming, with the sea in the background. The pools are amazing, so big and clean! I also love that they have a big indoor pool with a waterfall

It's located right on the beach and has plenty of sun loungers. My room was comfortable with an excellent shower and a beautiful sea view. The smoothie bar is a real plus too

I spent two days here for a solo mini break between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is modern with a luxe feel. The staff were all consistently helpful and friendly

The hotel is currently next to multiple large scale construction sites (nothing to do with the hotel) which is not ideal so the area is very much a work-in-progress

Central location, modern design throughout the hotel and attention to detail. Hotel location is perfect for exploring most of attractions, shops and restaurants on the foot or by the car. My room was stylish and modern

From arrival to departure all the staff make you feel welcome. The room was modern and bright, with tea/ coffee facilities in the room. The safe and air conditioning are free to use, there is also a small fridge

The bathroom had a walk in shower with shower gel and shampoo. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The cleaning was excellent, with beds & towels changed frequently

For me as a passionate runner it was a big plus that there is a very long bike/running path from there, always directly to the sea. We loved our stay and will definitively come back one day

The view was very special especially from the Whirlpool Bath! We really loved the room. The bed was so big and comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the lovely big sofa was definitely a bonus

We had a great, pleasent stay 1 week ago. The room was very clean, excellent service, good selection breakfast buffet. Very helpful, attentive staff. Highly recommended

Loo ended up not staying here as they had a problem with a guest that was not feeling we’ll and sent me to another hotel, perfect service, called me a cab and I started a bit farther away from marina but still good hotel!

They can cater for you for lunch and breakfast but bear in mind it cost 20euros per person and that does not include drinks. We found this very expensive but there are lots of restaurants around you can eat

Will personally recommend TGI Friday and Dodo pizza. The pool at the hotel is nothing fancy but lovely to swim in (and clean). My daughter really enjoyed it

The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the beach. Breakfasts are delicious but repetitive. Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo

She will even give us fresh bed spreads each day, she really impressed us. There was no entertainment during our stay but trust me you will have a lot to get do outside that you won’t even mind this

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. Indoor pool is extra cost and is not heated

We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during our stay we was all inclusive yet eaten out every night in protaras or Ayia Napa we left yesterday 19/04/26 and was offered a coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool area which came with cookies...

Fantastic location, lovely beaches and coastal walks from the doorstep, with excellent bus service directly outside the hotel. The hotel was luxurious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds

Special mention to the wonderful staff, the reception staff who were so helpful and the catering team and cleaners who worked so hard to give us a brilliant holiday

Lovely stay, very clean, good food and perfect location with frequent reliable buses. Some beautiful beaches nearby, most had toilets and showers.
