Cyprotel Florida Hotel in Ayia Napa

We had a great time at Cyprotel Florida, the hotel is recently renovated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view we had was very nice, the area is quiet and in 15 min by foot you are in the center of Agia Napa. The breakfast was nice, you have everything you need: fruits, vegetables, pastries, eggs, yogurt and cheese. The only problem is that the breakfast is very repetitive, you have the same choice every day. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful with every request we had.
The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning of the rooms, I am sure the staff is not enough. We had a lot of hair in the bathroom that was not cleaned during our stay. The towels were changed after only after 5 days and it was one night before our departure. The bed sheets were not changed at all during 6 nights, for a 4 stars hotel it is not normal. It was strange also that they offered us water in the room at the arrival and after 2 or 3 days, I did not understood what was the policy. It was nice to have beach towels, even if you had a deposit to pay, I think it is normal because there are tourists that are not returning back the towels.
The beach is 3 min walk, which is very convenient. The area is very quiet and I truly recommend it if you want to stay away from the busy area.
The hotel has free parking and for us it was a plus.

Very nicely renovated hotel! We spent a few days in a deluxe suite overlooking the sea, our entire stay was very comfortable, modern furniture, up-to-date technical equipment (TV, kitchen), beautiful view from the balcony, delicious and varied breakfast, kind staff. They responded immediately to any problems, and due to the early check-out, we received a pre-packed breakfast. I would definitely go back! :)

Rooms are big and comfortable and can easily suit a family of 5 (2 adults in the master bedroom and 3 young kids on the folding sofa at the living room).

The beach is just across the road.
There are 3 pools in the compound, a pool bar, and a bar/restaurant.

The staff is very friendly and responsive.

City center and the marina are about 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

I disliked the fact that they take deposit over everything - pool towels, utensils and power converter.

Stayed at this hotel recently and had an amazing experience! from the moment we got there we were greeted by friendly receptionists who made sure to say hello to you every time you entered or left the hotel. extremely friendly staff all around who were attentive and and talkative and always had time to help. absolutely stunning views from the balconies (ocean view rooms). only critique i could say about the quality of the room was the shower in our room was faulty, the two doors did not close properly and left a gap which lead to water getting all over the floor, but there was alternative shower in the bath. really clean rooms with fresh towels every two days. there was breakfast options to suit all needs and a very good variety of food. the pool was very clean with a outdoor bar right beside it. this hotel would be more suitable for people looking a more relaxing holiday within walking distance of the beach. the hotel had a new fresh feel to it due to it being recently renovated, the rooms and overall hotel was finished to a high standard making it feel light and airy. overall had a great experience in this hotel. would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely consider coming back here!

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at the Cyprotel Florida Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the front desk staff stood out they were warm, welcoming, always available to assist with anything we needed and accommodated our early check in and late checkout requests. They went the extra mile to help us celebrate my wife’s birthday, which made our stay feel special. There was ample parking on the site for our rental.

Our accommodation was a one-bedroom apartment that had been recently renovated. The finishes and furniture were modern and comfortable. The highlight was our private balcony with a fantastic sea view.

The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The service staff kept everything replenished and were always attentive with a smile, while the dining facility was spotless clean.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better combination of comfort and hospitality. We would gladly return for another stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed at this hotel in August 2025. Location is good. Beach is just 5 minutes walk. Very modern, clean and spacious rooms with seaview. Breakfast is excellent and offers a great variety of fresh food. The pool is great with plenty of sunbeds. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Special thanks goes to Veronica at the reception desk who was always ready to help us and attend to our needs. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautifully renovated, in a great location — just a 5-minute walk from a spacious, sandy beach and about 15 minutes from the town center. Free parking is included, and there’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The hotel offers a gym, a lobby bar, and a pool bar with a small kitchen. The pool area is lovely and clean, featuring a large main pool and two smaller kids’ pools. There are plenty of sunbeds available, and a lifeguard is on duty at the pool.

We stayed in a seaside apartment, which was an excellent choice. Beach towels are included and can be exchanged every other day. The apartment was spacious, consisting of a large bedroom and an open-space kitchen and living area with a dining table for four and a sofa bed. There were two TVs, modern furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, built-in oven, and stove. Upon leaving a deposit, you can get a cooking set from the reception if you plan to cook during your stay.

Our only small suggestion would be to include a few basic kitchen items in the apartment, such as a knife, spoon, and fork.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, everything was spotlessly clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay. All in all, a fantastic experience, and if we return to Ayia Napa, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Very nice location, close to the beach and main attractions, also a big plus is that there are a lot of supermarkets in the nearby. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. The pool area is very nicely maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. The staff was very helpful with all the issues and also with booking taxis at a better price. Also they arranged for us such a nice surprise for anniversary. Everything was perfect.

We have enjoyed a week long stay at the newly refurbished Cyprotel Florida. From the moment we walked into the hotel we were warmly greeted by the hotel receptionist after a long day of travelling with two children. This set the tone for a very pleasant stay. Our room was very spacious with a double bed and sofa bed in a separate room for the kids. There were two TVs with access to YouTube that kept the kids entertained whenever needed. There is a kettle with tea and coffee and the bar staff were very accommodating, giving us a cup of fresh milk whenever we needed. There was also full kitchen facilities including hob and sink. All of the furniture, sun beds, parasols etc are all brand new and look great. Breakfast was well presented and we ordered fresh omelettes on most days which was in addition to the help yourself buffet. We had originally booked to stay for 3 nights and had planned 4 nights elsewhere but we felt so comfortable that we changed our plans and booked a further 4 nights. All of the hotel staff were extremely courteous but special mentions must go to the General Manager Roy as he was very friendly and accommodating throughout and the reception staff who even arranged for our children’s inflatable toys to be blown up by one of the maintenance staff. We are returning in a few weeks time and are looking forward to seeing the hotel at its busiest during the main summer season.

The hotel is fully renovated. Everything was spotless. The staff were very friendly. Our room was very comfortable with an incredible sea view. Great pool area. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious with a lot of options and excellent service.
