I can't fault the staff from reception all the way through to the cleaners.
So polite and they couldn't do enough for you.
The problems I noticed but it wasn't so tough.
They have two bars .
One is what we called the pool bar and the second was at the end of the reception area.
Which while we were there never opened.
Most hotels supplied entertainment not here ?
At breakfast queuing to get a hot drink was a problem.
Over 500 rooms only two hot drinks machines ? Come on everyone likes a hot drink in the morning.

Overall it's a new hotel with new staff and very good staff too.
Would like to see what it's like in two years from now when the foundation cracks start appearing.
