Tasia Maris Seasons Hotel - Adults Only in Ayia Napa

I went here for my birthday last week - all inclusive, and had the most amazing time. The staff were so lovely and attentive - their customer service was excellent. Our rooms were clean and comfortable; when we had an issue with the shower, we called reception and the maintenance man showed up within less than 5 minutes. There was a good range of food, drinks and cocktails (lunch was my favourite). The hotel is a 7 minute walk away from the strip, there’s lots of shops and pharmacies nearby, and there are loads of restaurants nearby if you want to eat outside of the hotel. The rooftop bar is incredible and a good place to relax if you need some shade. On my birthday, the staff gifted me a bottle of red wine and fruit which was so lovely. If I come back to Napa, I am 100% staying here again.

Only a few minuses... they put together 2 single beds to make a double bed. Loud music by the pool. You have to pay for drinks, water or soda if you have half-board.
Speaking of pluses, the rooms are very white and clean, a small balcony, but chaires in plastic aren't comfortable. The cleaning lady is always nice. For lunch you can even have mussels (half-board). Lots of choices for breakfast or dinner-buffet. Great rooftop to have a cocktail (7€).

A Splendid Hotel with a Bang-on Location and Delightful Breakfasts!
Our stay at this hotel left us with the most pleasant memories. First off, we'd like to point out its cracking location – all the main sights, interesting spots, and entertainment were literally within easy reach, meaning we could enjoy the city without any extra faff.
The breakfasts were a real treat – a proper gastronomic paradise! The sheer variety of grub was astounding, and every day we chanced upon new flavours. Fresh produce, lovely pastries, a good selection of hot and cold nosh – the breakfasts were top-notch.
The standout bit of our stay was the waitress, Anetta. Her kindness and beaming smile made every one of our mornings truly special. She didn't just do her job; she did it with heart and proper care for every guest. Anetta always made time for a kind word, was ever so attentive, and created a genuinely welcoming and positive atmosphere around her.
We'd heartily recommend this hotel to anyone after comfy digs in a great spot, who appreciates a good spread for breakfast, and of course, a massive thank you to Anetta for her marvellous work!

Just come back from this hotel after a wonderful and relaxing five night stay!! It’s a fabulous hotel with such kind and welcoming staff. The staff were amazing with their service and would always talk to you about your day!! The food was outstanding and so were the cocktails. The room was clean and cozy. Location was perfect. Me and my partner had such a great stay and we could not recommended this place enough. We are very sad to be back home and I think that goes to show how wonderful of a place this hotel was!! And the price is so reasonable for what you get! Absolutely no faults at all. Would love to come back one day 🥰

The hotel has an excellent location — bars, shops, and beaches are nearby, but the rooms remain quiet. The grounds are clean, and the rooms are comfortable: the shower, safe, soft mattresses, and air conditioning all work properly. This is definitely the hotel’s strong point.

However, the service leaves much to be desired. The chefs bring out food in dirty clothes, which completely ruins the appetite. I recommend opting for breakfast only and having lunch and dinner at nearby restaurants. The dinner staff does not know basic etiquette: one particularly unpleasant incident occurred when a waitress picked up a fork from the floor and placed it back on the table.

The waitstaff clearly expect tips, watching your every move. Half of the staff does not speak English, which complicates communication. Additionally, the bartender Johnny behaved inappropriately, making suggestive remarks, which is absolutely unacceptable.

This hotel could be an ideal place to stay if it improved the quality of its service.

The location is so awesome. Shopping, good restaurants all around. Service is excellent. A couple of the things that did not satisfy us we addressed to the front desk got covered immediately. The kitchen team and the bar attenders are so friendly and responsive. Special appreciation to Anetta,a person who really deserves to lead a team...ten out of ten.

My review of this hotel cannot begin without expressing admiration! The food is delicious, especially the Caesar salad, which was the best we've ever tried. This is truly an amazing place to relax, a real oasis where you can rest both body and soul. The hotel is thought out to the smallest details to ensure every guest feels comfortable.
But what makes this place truly unique are Anetta and Georgi. These two people made our vacation truly unforgettable! We enjoyed a very good week at the Tasia Maris. Having booked through BA holidays, we didn’t have a full impression of what to expect, so I try to provide a run-down of useful information to assist others. STAFF The staff at the hotel consistently went above and beyond, which is very impressive as we were there during the tail-end of a long summer season. From catering staff to cleaners, entertainers to hosts and front desk, everyone was thoroughly friendly and outgoing. For me, service tells a lot about management, and to this end the hotel is clearly excellently managed. ROOMS Comfortably appointed, with aircon and international channels on tv. We stayed in two rooms, as our original room class was unavailable. The first night was in a ‘deluxe’ room that was recently constructed and quite nice, though with a view on a stalled adjacent construction site I’m glad it was only for one night. The rest of the week was spent overlooking the pool and sea (lateral sea view), which was in the main building but still recently refreshed and comfortable. Little to fault apart from perhaps some relatively budget bedding. CLEANLINESS Again, a real area in which the Tasia Maris excels. I was shocked at how efficient the room cleaning was, and plates in restaurants were almost always pre-bussed and tables cleared. Common areas constantly mopped and cleaned and the towel system keeps the poop deck in good order. Nothing to fault here, except for the heavy reliance on single-use plastic cups. POOL AND BEACH Once again, very happy with this. The pool was clean and spacious, with ample (if varied) loungers available. The swim/up pool bar was a nice touch. Loved the family of cats that has taken to living in the gardens. The beach is just across the driveway behind the hotel and a pair of loungers with umbrella can be rented from the city for €7.50/day, which we thought was reasonable as it is a public beach. Two coves east of Nissi and one west of the MUSAN underwater beach, it was a perfect calm and safe place to swim, with great massage places overlooking the sea and a handful of restaurants. CATERING We went for the all inclusive, which was good value. Breakfast and dinner were buffet with generally good food. Lunch was typically made to order. The all inclusive package also covers one night of “fine dining” in their rooftop restaurant. To get name/brand liquors you either needed to pay per drink or upgrade to “all inclusive plus,” which we ultimately decided was not worth it. Plenty of beach cocktails to choose from and good quality wines and local lager. If there was one critical comment to make about the hotel, the food was good enough, but relatively mediocre quality. It would have been nice to see more Greek/Cypriot dishes. On the other hand, the very impressive salad bar was very fresh and always available, with dozens of options to add to any dish.
