Very nice staff.

Very nice hotel , rooms cleaned daily Staff was very pleasant and welcoming Food was good as I was only B&B but rest of food on offer looked varied and good, Only 10 mins walk from harbour and same for the bus route to protaras. Started to get busy last few days and that caused only issue as the pool area for sub-beds is smallish so people would put towels on beds by pool and then go and do other things and come back 2 hours later… There are other places to sit not directly by the pool .

Lovely hotel- some good some bad. Booked with Jet2, on arrival to hotel they had no booking for us! Not what you need when you arrive after midnight and a long day travelling. Night reception put us in a room ( family of 3 with 2 beds) but this was quickly rectified in the morning by the reservations manager. Who did her best to ensure we were happy. Food- Breakfast was served in Nelia Gardens which was lovely and plenty of choice. Always had a warm welcome with a beautiful smile from Monica. Lunch and dinner is served at Neila Beach hotel across the road. Food abit hot and miss. Self service drinks machine is not cold. Puddings were amazing- not your typical all inclusive puddings that looked different but taste the same. Snacks are available at Neila Gardens and are made to order. Ice creams also available during certain times of the day. Pool- Freezing cold but area well kept. Super comfy sun beds but get up early if you want a spot in the sun. Life guard was noted on 2days of our stay only. Beach towels available from reception. Beach- We only used once but you can get free sun beds there. Take show shoes. Room- We had a 1 bed apartment with a lounge area, dinning table and kitchen area. Plenty of storage. Maybe alittle outdated however kept clean and housekeeping came everyday and all are wonderful and friendly. Napa Crown- Bar attached to hotel with big screens showing sky sports. All staff are super friendly and work incredibly hard. Food is fantastic. Supermarket next door to hotel and main ***** less then 10 mins walk. We hired a buggy for €150 for 24 hrs to have a tour round and do some sight seeing. Visited some amazing beaches. Harbour is 5mins walk from hotel and well worth a visit. Overall we had an enjoyable holiday and felt it was a fair price for what we paid. Cyprus is kept beautifully clean.

Stayed here from 20th August for 2 weeks. Had a great room 4039 on the second floor overlooking the pool. Room size was great for the 3 of us and had plenty of storage. Room was cleaned and towels restocked everyday. Had to get up at 6am to get a lounger or you had no chance of sitting round the pool. You could get pool towels for free from reception. Pool area kept clean and tidy. Bar staff in the Napa Crown were very friendly. Special shout out to Monika. She always had a smile for everyone. She was a ray of sunshine. Breakfast was usual cooked breakfast items along with cereals, porridge, fruit and pastries. Toast machine and coffee machine. The orange juice tasted like 100% strength cordial but the apple juice was lovely. Food at the sister hotel was great. So much choice. The oriental night was our favourite. Not much entertainment on but we enjoyed the quiz night. Very different way of doing a quiz but was so much fun and even my bored 17 year old enjoyed it especially when it came to the round of taking penalties to get a chance to answer the question. Loads of reasonably priced shops nearby and only a few minutes walk to the harbour and Nissi Avenue where all your shops and restaurants are. Only thing that let this hotel down was no music during the day. A few holiday makers played their own music which was great but I think if they just played music around the pool everyday it would make it a much better atmosphere. For the price we paid this hotel was great and I would definitely recommend it.

Second time here, great time had by the whole family. Close to the harbour and beaches and only a stone throw away from the amazing sights and sounds of Ayia Napa. Bar staff at the napa crown where excellent. Housekeeping where great and always made a point to smile and wave at our young daughter, my daughter was greeting them with “kalimera” by the end of our stay. We had a one bedroom apartment it was clean, spacious and good for what we needed it for, I would say that some of the units in the courtyard area need a little bit of an update to bring them in line with some of the hotel rooms. Other than this I cannot fault the hotel. Another excellent stay, well done team!

We have just arrived home after spending 10 glorious night at Nelia Beach. We arrived quite late at night but was welcomed at reception with a food bag which was a nice gesture. The room we were initially given was room 3000 which to be fair was quite dated and quite small for family of 4, so the following morning we requested a move which they welcomed and understood and moved us into a bigger room (1006) near the children's park, which although was in need of a refurb it which much bigger and much appreciated. We had the all inclusive package which to be fair was very good value, the breakfast had excellent choice every morning from bacon, eggs, English beans, various breads, cakes, fruit, yoghurts, juices, cereals, porridge We cannot fault the selection which was always well stocked and fresh. An excellent snack service is available from 11:00 - 13:00 and 15:00 - 17:00hrs. The lunch and evening meal are both provided just across the road at the Nelia Beach Hotel and again the food is excellent, with an excellent selection of food and desserts and a help yourself ice cream selection. The beer selection for all inclusive is a bit ropey but spirits and soft drinks are very good from the Napa Crown Bar which is part of the hotel which also shows all sports on tv, the food from the main menu in the is very good quality if you fancy eating occasionally and reasonably priced. Points to add: The room safe is free, the fridge is free and lounger towels are available for free from reception daily so no need to take your own. No problem with sun lounger availability in a morning or throughout the day. Special mention must go to all the staff who are very friendly and go out of there way to make you fell welcome on a daily basis especially waitress Monica and Olga on reception. The room key is required to be in its slot in the room in order for the air con to work, but a 10 Euro deposit from reception will get you an spare key so it can be left on during the day leaving the room cool. Fantastic location for both beach/harbour and all the main venues. For families who like karaoke or live music head for Tommy's Bar, Queen Vic, Square Bar or Paddy's Inn for live Irish Music. Even tough this hotel is quite close to all the nightlife it's very quite. Perfect small hotel with cracking staff in an ideal location, thanks again Nelia Garden's we've loved it and will be returning. Can't praise this place enough. Negatives: Some rooms are in need of a refurb, as they are starting to look dated.

I am writing this as we are coming to the end of a fabulous holiday. I can hear you say if it was fabulous why only 4stars? The minor inconvenience that the hotel didn't have any entertainment on and when questioned if we could use the sister hotel "Nelia beach" we got told yes you can but you will have to pay for the drinks as our all inclusive wrist band is not valid there. Like I said this was a minor inconvenience as we explored Ayia Napa and samples the night like and family friendly bars. Food - was average, breakfast was the same every day but I find this no matter what resort you visit. Lunch and dinner which was held in the sister hotel had different themed nights through the week and the food was brilliant - cannot say anything negative really. Rooms were cleaned daily and very spacious my family of 4 didn't get under each other's feet. Pool area is brilliant, I admit coming early in the season we never had to fight for a sun lounger and the area was a sun strap getting sun almost all day long The nelia garden is a quiet hotel, more for the relaxing holiday maker which at times my daughter found it boring with no entertainment to occupy them. Thankfully their WiFi was superb. Gabi and Monica who work in the bar were absolutely fantastic, extremely friendly and welcoming and also had a smile on their faces, a great asset to the Nelia garden team. Would I return?.... Yes, but not with my kids due to the lack of entertainment. Overall a brilliant holiday.
