This is a an absolute gem. We loved our stay here. The funky art gives it a genuinely cool vibe but more importantly the rooms are spacious, super comfortable and quiet with full amenities. Breakfast on the fifth floor (top views) was excellent but the highlight was the young, vibrant, fun and ultra professional staff who go out of their way to enhance your stay. Big shout out for ‘Team Olga’ on reception! We had a great stay and have already booked again. Highly recommended!

We arrived at the hotel in April.
We were greeted by a lobby representative named Stavroula.
From the very first moment, she was warm, friendly, and welcomed us with a beautiful smile.
She helped us with everything we needed — even with matters unrelated to the hotel.
The hotel is new and very clean.
The beds are comfortable.
The location is excellent.
Highly recommended!
The price is affordable for everyone.
The breakfast is excellent.
Room service is outstanding.
Don’t pay attention to negative reviews.
We strongly recommend coming here.

And once again, a big thank you to Ms. Stavroula — even when we left, she made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was very beautiful with a warm environment, a lot of art. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with actual cold pressed fresh juices and quality tasty food. This hotel puts to shame a lot of other 4 and 5 star hotels.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great selection of options.
Also, many thanks to Ms. Theodora, who was on duty on my checkout date and provided information regarding Larnaca (restaurants, attractions, etc). Very polite and genuine smile.
Overall, my stay was brief but memorable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Convenient location, friendly staff.
Varied and delicious breakfast.
The rooms are originally decorated. Excellent comfortable bed.
Clean room, cleaned on time.

1. Problem with noise-proofing, both from the entrance door, as well as from the neighboring room. We had a room that overlooked the road - it's terrible with the window closed, locals (and not only) drive with obvious illegal (according to noise measurements) changes in the exhaust design and it seems that you are sleeping on the Nurburgring track. Either you sleep in "earplugs" or headphones with noise absorption. In any other case, you hear everything. It's as if there are no doors, no windows and no walls either (it's a pity that it really spoiled the impression of the hotel as a whole (and we were there off-season)
2. Parking - well, you could say that parking for 5-7 cars maximum is the lack of it, yes, many thanks to the concierge at the reception, they told me where I could leave my car (1-2 minutes), but still, we were there off-season and there was space. In season, this will be a problem.

We had high hopes for Rise Urban Art Hotel, but unfortunately, the room was a huge letdown. It was freezing cold, dirty, and extremely loud. The floor felt filthy the moment you stepped on it, and the shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly.

The bed was rock-hard, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep—this level of discomfort shouldn’t be found in a hotel.

On the positive side, the lobby was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. Gym was also okay, and had some machines to do a nice workout. However, the overall experience was far from what I expected. The room’s condition was well below standard. Wouldn’t recommend unless improvements are made.

An attractive hotel a few minutes walk from everything else in town, the Rise is clean and comfortable, with a cool rooftop terrace/bar. The staff, especially Olga, were particularly hospitable and helpful. I would come back here any time I'm on the island.

The room was large, clean, with interesting painting on the walls, but in overall very basic. Although it was equipped with all necessary appliances, including kettle, iron and ironing board, safe. The service was average, but the breakfast was amazing, with huge variety. Hotel has bar and lounge on the roof and it’s loud at night, we could hear the music clearly.
