I had another amazing stay at the Hilton Hotel Nicosia, as always. The service, comfort, and overall experience of the hotel are excellent. However, the hotel is seriously let down by the appalling condition of the external swimming pool changing rooms and shower facilities. The smell is horrendous, the level of cleanliness is very poor, and the space feels unhygienic to the point where I do not feel...

Nice and comfortable rooms. Pool area offers a lot of sunbeds and large fluffy towels. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. Staff is friendly. Lobby is stylish. Free shuttle bus to downtown is offered from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays). I had short but very pleasant stay here. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants are in walking distance.

I had a great stay at Hilton Nicosia during my business trip. The hotel has a calm and relaxing vibe, perfect after a busy day. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The Hilton Nicosia staff were incredible, we had our flight cancelled and the hotel took us in, they made provisions for us even when arriving at the hotel 12am at night, food was provided and rooms were assigned to all of us swiftly. Staff was friendly and checking to make sure we were settling in, and have an incredible experience even if it's for 12 hours. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I really like this hotel.

Location was very convenient for my work. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Excellent bed with different pillow options. The room had everything you need and it was possible to switch the air-con off. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Not good if you are used to a international 5 star hotel and much worse than a lot of the 5 star hotels in limmasol. It's a 3.5stat or 4 star on international standards. Have had an excellent working relationship with the hotel during the time it was the Nicosia Hilton and continue to do so under the new ownership. 21 years we were the main attraction in the lobby bar area providing our fun casino night. Also providing entertainment for many of the top companies on the island.

This is a beautiful property with tremendous staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome and the food is also excellent. There is also a great gym in the lower level.

The building and rooms are good but the staff are the grumpiest I have met anywhere in the world. The man in the bar was extremely rude and when challenged he said that a customer had irritated him. Even though i wasn't opportuned to lodged their, the building, the reception and everything seen portrays a good hotel and the activities seen within the time spent shows that their service is A class. Its located at the heart of Nicosia in tge north cyprus, a minute walk to the famous bus terminal.

Good and recommended hotel not high prices and good stuffs

The hotel is located in Nicosia, so I wouldn't recommend it for those without a car, as it's inconvenient to get around. I also suggest booking directly through Agoda; I booked through Ctrip, and they also booked through Agoda, so the price was better. Getting around Northern Cyprus without a car is extremely difficult, and taxis are too expensive.

Very good hotel, very comfortable. What needs to be improved is that the faucet in the bathroom is very inconvenient to use. It is difficult to adjust the water temperature and water outlet to the correct way. The design is anti-human and inconvenient to use.

I just been roof top restorant, The hotel is very new and very clean. The staff are very uneducate! It is very clear that there is insufficient staff. For example they can easly train their staf how to serve and behuve, their staff can not speaking good enough english which is a necessity anyehere in turisim sector specially for 5 star hotel. Hotel is located very nicely. Facilities are clean, however the water has a horrible smell (sink/shower). The casino is terrible though, dead atmosphere and stupid rules. I don't see why anyone would like to play here when all other casinos are much better and more player friendly.

Great place to stay to experience Kato Pygros. The rooms were comfortable the views were amazing. The beach was brilliant and you’re very close to the local harbour with an amphitheatre and a little cocktail bar. What more can you ask for?

The breakfast was good, English + Southern European style breakfast. The downsides were that the indoor air conditioning was noisy and could not be adjusted, the blackout curtains were not closed, which made it too bright in the morning and affected sleep, and the shower space was small.

Arrived to the hotel but there was lack of parking because it is very small and we had parked in a big parking place (chargeable of course) very close by. We've asked for late check out and to pay it because we would run for the marathon and we didn't know what time will finish and we'd like to have a shower before the check out. Don't stay here, many other places much better even if lower stars. By the time I came down to breakfast, the few food warmers were empty, including the one cereal. Only one staff at breakfast who ignored me as I thought I had to give room no on entry. Dinner like breakfast was was not worth coming down for. My balcony looks onto someone's roof, not worth an extra 10 euros. No complimentary toiletries...

Amazing place! The hotel has been operational since 1945, and you can really feel its history—in a good way! It’s super clean, the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the owner is wonderful. We also enjoyed the breakfast (8 euros extra). The view from the balcony was stunning. Really, I can’t recommend it enough.

Small Gem The two of us have stayed here about a half-dozen times, 1-2 weeks per visit, while visiting relatives. The maids and breakfast staff are friendly and attentive, and for such a small hotel (about 32 rooms?) it's a real perk to have all-night desk service. Facing the parking Be aware there are construction works around the building so noise will be an issue if you plan to sleep during the day. At night construction works are stopped.
