First the good points. Nice friendly staff. Good location. Clean Comfortable bed. Reasonable breakfast
On the minus side, it's like stepping back to the 1970's but not in a good way. Wood chip wallpaper. Avocado bathroom suite. Old furnishings. Old carpets in room and corridors. Public areas dark and dingy Frankly the place needs a radical refurbishment.

Its very clean and for the price is very good, really. The lady from the reception is really helpful and caring trying to do the best for us like clients! Thank you Mrs Maria ❤️

First of all I have to say the owner is very friendly and hospitable. She does everything. For me that is a 10/10.
The bad:
The bed sheets were not the cleanest.. The pillows were flat and unfcomfortable. I spotted a few dead bugs on the sheets as well.
The breakfast was toast, ham, cheese, vegetables and eggs. They asked how we like our eggs but forgot to bring mine. Generally speaking the breakfast was poor. Equipment a bit dated.
Parking is limited.
The good:
Quiet hotel, no noise.
Good A/C in the room.
Clean bathroom and towels.
Relaxing view at breakfast area (see attached photo)
Conclusion:
Probably best for 1 - 2 days but at the price you could find something better.

The hotel is comfortable and in a good position to explore the village.
The owners are very freindly and welcoming and the breakfast is excellent.

Lovely stay in the centre of Kakopetria. You can walk to the nearby village Galata without even knowing it since the two villages have reached both their borders. It is a lovely and cozy 2.5km walk from this hotel. Mrs Maria who is the owner is very polite and supportive

Lovely calm place to stay. Comfortable beds and room with nice cosy teras. Family atmosphere and very friendly hosts. Perfect place to stay and to rest in cypriot countryside. I highly recommend.
