Hadn't been to Cyprus for 20 years. We chose this hotel for our 50th wedding anniversary and the good reviews. We was not dissapointed, as in the reviews all mentioned food, the staff and cleanliness of the hotel

A nice system for picking sunbeds and towels meaning no fighting over the best spots. Lots of pool bars around the complex and a few daytime activities to pass the time

The pool area is great, although both pools were cold, it would have been appreciated had one been heated. I was a bit apprehensive about the allocation of sunbeds but it was actually great

I really can't understand why this hotel is not 5*. We had a last minute break for a week in March and although the weather wasn't the best, we loved it. Massive Plusses for us:- *Sunbed allocation

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. We stopped in one of the bungalows, which are in the best location, near to the pool, bars, snack bars and the sea

Excellent updated rooms that are kept very clean, with daily cleaning. Lovely towels for room use and beach use. Very friendly and helpful attentive hotel service - could not have been better

We have stayed at this hotel four times now, with our fifth visit already booked for June and that alone speaks volumes. Every stay has been exceptional, thanks largely to the incredible staff throughout the hotel

Games around the pool were fun, water polo, aqua gym and splashing competition which I won! There are plenty of nice restaurants around the area if you don't have a car on your trip

From helpful and prompt communication before our arrival to ensuring our requests and preferences are met, nothing is ever too much trouble and makes such a difference and sets this hotel apart

Great location a few minute walk to the beach with lots of places to eat out and shops but still quite enough to get a good nights sleep unlike in the busier resorts Lovely pool to relax around or have a swim with a pool bar as well to get food or drinks

A particular mention must go to the reception team, especially Zoe, who consistently goes above and beyond

The good is also brilliant and it consists of a general restaurant withh different themes each night( Mediterranean, Mexican), a Japanese restaurant and a burger bar. It was all delicious and good for kids too

Beautiful location. Staff are first class. The variety and quality of food is impressive. First time in an all inclusive that I haven't been desperate to eat elsewhere. Loved every minute and can't wait to return

The hotel and all the staff were absolutely brilliant! Our favourite bartender ( Alin) was so friendly and was very funny and kind. He also made the best drinks we had the whole time we were there

The gardens and pools are kept immaculate. These are the reasons we come back year after year. Thank you Louis Imperial for making our holiday that extra special

Next week ( November 2025) however they are closing the hotel to redmodel it and they are adding lots of new cool features which we haven't experienced. However what I really want to talk about is the staff members

Mary who looks after everyone around the pool WOW this lady works her socks off so commendable. Hema is so helpful and friendly he makes us special

As we stayed in November there was not a shortage of sunbeds available but there are plenty of areas to sit & the position of the hotel was great too & so lovely to be able to step straight onto the beach

The hotel is really clean with beatifull sea view (recommend to extra pay beacuse the room from street are a bit of noisy from car street). Area is safety and great for long walk with beatifull view

From the moment we checked in the Hotel staff were very helpful & friendly & the beautiful Christmas tree & decorations was very welcoming

The staff at breakfast & in all the bar & restaurant areas were all 1st class with excellent service. Our room was very clean & spacious & our balcony with partial sea views was much better than expected

The walk to the harbour from the hotel is very pleasant. We couldn’t find fault with anything & would stay again & definitely recommend

Just returned from a 7 day anniversary trip. Have already rebooked for May. It was very quiet due to time of year, but loved the peace and quiet. December no good for families as most things are closed down

Not sure if the stay was worth the price. Highlights were the pool and a great view of the water. The food was ok, but the dinner was not worth it

The suite was fantastic, perfect. The pools are perfectly located in the middle of the complex with waterfalls. Peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stress free holiday

Amazing location and an amazing stay!

Great hotel on the seaside, big outside swimming pool, nice spa and indoor pool, breakfast with lot of choice, you can eat at terrace with great wiew to pool and sea. Nice beach with waves at front of hotel.

The hotel was definitely better than we expected. We have been here in January so non-season time and the indoor swimming pool was in order

They clean every day and quite carefully. The spa pool smelled slightly of chlorine, a lone cockroach was running around, but you can swim, there is a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room

5 beer on the beach is worth 4-5 €,there is 1-2 €, and spirits cheaper than in Duty Free). If You need a large supermarket (Papantonion Supermarkets),it is a 10-15 minute leisurely walk from the hotel

The staff are super friendly and are always smiling and helpful. There's no complaints.

The pool area is very good and have always been able to find a sunbed or chairs to relax. The down side of outside is the smokers the smoke comes in at meal time and even swimming you get it coming across the pool

I like the feeling of this hotel. The food is good. Rooms clean and reasonably spacious. It's a shame that they are knocking it down at the end of the year for a brand new one. The area is great.

Not running air conditioning. The window construction that interferes with sleep. The kitchen is good, tasty. Bar the hood. To the beach 4 minutes walk. Sand. A few stones in some places.

Warm welcome on arrival. Staff very friendly, food very good, rooms comfortable. Entertainment most evenings. All in all a most enjoyable holiday.

The hotel is in lovely location near the sea side, lovely views from the terrace, two outdoors swimming pools, separately apartments, bit stinky in the bathroom because of the drainage system, otherwise good standard

Great staff throughout, good food, very clean. Bus stop outside to Corsl Bay & Pathos. The Spa was a disappointment, the pool there looked dirty. Hopefully the imminent refurb will sort that out

This was our 4th visit to this hotel. The whole experience is great, the food, the rooms and the pools. The staff are so friendly and quick to solve any problems you might have

The pool area was fine too, though it could use some maintenance, as a few tiles are missing and it’s clear that this has been the case for a while

The bar staff especially Kesimira and her sister Zoe are always ready to fill your glass. Overall highly recommend this place and have already booked for next year

So many to list they are nearly 12 and were never bored

Excellent hotel with many amenities. Unfortunately as stayed in November a lot of amenities were closed. However, we really enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel & has everything. We have a toddler & pools were great for her

Fantastic hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Food at the basilica was the best ever. Didn't see any entertainment so can't comment. Beach is lovely. Pool is lovely. Great choice of drinks and snacks

This is truly a place if you just want to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings and sunsets. All areas of this hotel are spotlessly clean. Rooms are great I had a lovely balcony where you can watch the sunset

The weather was a little disappointing. But we still managed to get some sunbathing in. The reception staff swiftly checked us in and we got a pack up for dinner. Luggage was taken to our room before we got to the room

The shower is amazing with great toiletries. All aspects of the food are excellent. Staff members are all friendly with excellent customer service. Glad to see Nicky Oliver is back although I missed her by one day

Thank you so much! Also has a sauna, indoor pool and gym but we didn't use them. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again if I return to Cyprus

The main restaurant offers an extensive selection of dishes to suit every taste at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all beautifully presented and of high quality Avgerinos in the main restaurant was great too and made sure we were looked after! We also enjoyed two superb à la carte meals during our stay, both of which were a real treat

Room only 4 stars because small. Hotel spotless. Staff are friendly and well trained. Great location. Sunbeds ...no worry you get allocated your beds on arrival and can keep them for your stay. No towels required!

Welcome and kind personnel, assistant waiters to accommodate my vegetarian meals I asked for eg. Peanut butter and banana.

The food is outstanding, so much choice and we love the themed nights,the hotel is so clean and well maintained, staff helpful and amazing,definitely stems from the management, manager is just simply the nicest most down to earth man you could meet

We were allocated sunbeds 65 which were in a perfect location overlooking the beach & a short walk from the pool area

So much choice for breakfast and beautifully prepared. I loved the Cyprus night with all the Cypriot dishes, singing and traditional dancing. My father was Greek Cypriot and this brought back so many memories

Snack bar was also amazing and food for everyone, lots of drinks available with the choice of choosing others at an extra charge. Plenty sunbeds and pools for everyone to enjoy. Would 100% recommend and would return

The swimming pools look amazing a little on the cool side for me but i used the indoor pool and that was again very clean and tidy amazingly with a life guard

We stayed in apartments 5 and yes they could do with a bit of an upgrade, which we were told is happening late December but even so they were clean and spacious the cleaner was brilliant she couldn't do enough if you asked her for anything

This will come as no surprise to the management as the fantastic restaurant manager (George) what a very nice person, we bought a bottle nice wine most evenings and he was again very knowledgeable about all the wines on the menu he had the restaurant running like a well oiled machine, you could tell when he wasn't there, enough said

While we are on about the bar i hope the management take note of this there is a waitress Georgina small in stature and very long hair, she is amazing so happy cant do enough to help you she never stops from starting work to stopping cleaning tables for you collecting glasses and bringing you drinks she is a real asset to the hotel

entertainment in the bar area was absolutely brilliant we were lucky enough to be there for two of the Greek dancing nights, they have a gentleman who balances glasses on his head sounds boring it is a sight to be amazed at

For example, the tap in the bathroom was heavily stained, the balcony door was broken and could not be closed properly, and the YouTube function on the TV stopped working after we moved rooms

Other 5-star hotels that I have stayed at in the UK have offered some kind of small gesture. Overall, service & breakfast buffe is 5 stars but the room itself I would only give 4 stars

I also booked this staycation for my birthday and was expecting a small surprise from a 5-star hotel, as they could see my DOB at check-in, but there was nothing

I chose this hotel because I thought it was relatively new, but the TV was not even a smart TV, and the YouTube function relied on the hotel’s own system

We could not be bothered to change rooms again, so we did not report this issue

However, some features in the room were a bit outdated

Central location, modern design throughout the hotel and attention to detail. Hotel location is perfect for exploring most of attractions, shops and restaurants on the foot or by the car. My room was stylish and modern

From arrival to departure all the staff make you feel welcome. The room was modern and bright, with tea/ coffee facilities in the room. The safe and air conditioning are free to use, there is also a small fridge

The bathroom had a walk in shower with shower gel and shampoo. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The cleaning was excellent, with beds & towels changed frequently

For me as a passionate runner it was a big plus that there is a very long bike/running path from there, always directly to the sea. We loved our stay and will definitively come back one day

The view was very special especially from the Whirlpool Bath! We really loved the room. The bed was so big and comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the lovely big sofa was definitely a bonus

) Would I recommend this hotel ? Definitely, so much that we are returning next year with our granddaughter. Thank you to all the staff , you work hard to make this hotel a lovely place for guests to stay

Staff to look out for who were very friendly are, Barbara, Tomas and Nada in the restaurant. The pool and beach area are amazing and the attendants are very helpful. Could find no fault with this hotel and staff

We were upgraded to a room with a sea view, which was beautiful. The service was excellent, and the amenities and spa were great. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it!

Also another mention to Youseff who works the pool bar most days and always greeted us with a smile and a friendly character. They are a credit to the hotel. Please pass on our thanks to them again

A beautiful pool outside and the indoor pool was warm and fantastic

Brilliant staff especially Anna and housekeeping. Very generous free wine and treats. Enjoyed having music in the evening and the Japanese restaurant was great

Best Hotel ever!! We stayed at this hotel September 2024 and didn't want to leave - never felt like that at the end of a holiday before! We thought we would try a different country this year, but wished we hadn't as we kept comparing everything to the Ivi Mare and there really was no comparison, so we have booked again with Ivi Mare for Summer 2026 and simply cannot wait

15pm and as both pools are surrounded by buildings, with the low sun, you will struggle to get a sunbed in the sun after about 4pm

lots of good restaurants within walking distance and a great little beach direct line to the seafront (10min walk). 50 for a sunbed all day, shower, toilet and water refill station all included

2nd time we've stayed at this hotel and we cannot fault this place at all. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and tidy and the food is superb and plenty of it!!! Great location too

5 mins walk to the beach and 20mins from the airport. All in all a great place to stay. Will definitely be coming back 🌞😎

However, when we had to speak with reception about a couple of things that needed sorting (leaky kettle, toaster that didn't work, uncomfortable beds) they got housekeeping and maintenance right on it and sorted them immediately

We had booked a one bed apartment for 3 adults, and were over the moon when shown to our room to discover it was a 2 bed apartment, groundfloor, over looking the smaller pool

Air conditioning in the bedroom and the kitchen living area. WiFi (throughout the hotel ) and TV. We had a studio no 55 with balcony over looking the main pool

The sunbeds on the grass area was perfect for my husband to sit and read on as he loved listening to the sea and watch people pass on the coastal path

I used it twice once to the Mall and I manage to take my husband day before we went home to the harbour. They were kept very clean , great comfy bed if you like soft bed , duvets kept in wardrobe if needed

We were lucky to get a walk in shower you are supplied shower /shampoo and conditioner in dispensers, soap for sink are and also a hand wash pump dispenser

I’m so pleased our flight went ahead as we would have missed out on a great holiday we had no problems at all fearing for our safety whilst there

Location was great for us as we needed relax time, with it being early season and with cancelled flights I presume it was quieter than usual

The rooms themselves could use some renovation — they felt dated and lacked character. Another issue was with the pool sunbeds

Wonderful hotel, with great views & lovely surroundings. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, bedding & plenty of soft towels & designer toiletries. Different pools to suit everyone

The resort does have positives — the pool and kids’ club are nice and well-maintained, and it’s a good place for families with children. However, the food was just okay, and there’s not much to do in the surrounding area

When I asked the pool staff about removing those items, they said they had to wait at least an hour and a half — but even after that, nothing was done

They were all taken before the pool even opened, as guests would wake up hours in advance (sometimes two or three hours early) to reserve them

Just the perfect hotel for a relaxing getaway! Views were gorgeous every night!! Special shoutout to Gabriel who was at reception who made everything so easy, cabs, info, everything just ran smoothly because of him

Needs vast improvement in Harbour rooms, after several repairs to the room were carried out we agreed to stay in there, wish I had known how noisy the room would be from Drunken guests at all hours to road rage noise on the road till early hours, the harbour rooms odd numbers is the best side, security is around but would benefit from key cards to enter the building as your in town centre, food always...

We're 2 oldies who stayed in an appartment in the Harbour Suite because of the lift. The complex comprises several low rise buildings around a good size pool area

The location was wonderful, an easy walk to the seafront, opposite a very good supermarket and next to the Basilica archaeological site. There were buses nearby as well as plenty of places to eat

Take own pool towels or buy when arrive as not provided at this resort

Nice hotel , stayed in a studio apartment which was nice but a little bit dated needs updating, but clean bathroom was really small and shower cubicle was tiny , pool area was nice lot’s of sunbeds and very clean , overall a pleasant stay for a few days

Basic but roomy and clean accommodation in a great location. Lovely pool and welcoming staff. Very good value for money.

Also kinda missed the possibility of borrowing a teapot to make tea or coffee in the room otherwise it was great

As I mentioned above the location is excellent plenty to do around. the beach is 50 meters away. The staff very friendly the room was nice and spacious but the floor and sink not very clean .

A three-star hotel near the beach with a tranquil environment, excellent housekeeping, and a six-foot swimming pool would be ideal. The food is acceptable There is a laundry facility located across the street

A somewhat sleepy atmosphere due to off-season visit. Pool area and a parking area behind a gate for the guests

The owner even introduced himself while we were waiting for the taxi to the airport and gave us bottles of water for the journey! Little things like that make a difference 🙂 The stupid thing is we only went for 3 days and you need a week there minimum! Food fantastic (There is a lovely Greek Grill restaurant next door and a shop opposite if you need essentials)

The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. The pool area was great even though we travelled in November

Beautiful villa well presented with a pool set in lovely garden area. We had a couple of nights in the villa and enjoyed a lovely meal and netflix movies relaxing in the modern lounge area

Everything we needed was supplied by our kind hosts who went over and beyond to ensure our stay was as perfect as it could be. Welcome pack was provided ,also a yummy orange cake from Anastasia

Anastasia & Constantine, the owners, are the Best. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Living room and tables outside. And the most important, the owners Anastasia & Constantine are kind, friendly, and very attentive

The pool was lovely, featuring lights for night swims, water guns, and floats. The rooms were spacious, with a nice balcony upstairs, and all rooms were en-suite with an additional bathroom downstairs

We used taxis and buses to get around as the villa is in the chloraka area , it was approx a 15 min drive into kato which we didnt mind but i would recommend a car for an easier experience
